You can masturebate and i know you said it doesn't work but there is a huge variety in ways you can masturebate, if you can get a vibrator or dildo try that as it will motivate you. A lot of guys aren't willing to give up their freedom to support a woman and a kid, especially if their soul intention was just to have sex in the first place.
