role playing is putting on an act to seduce or sexually attract your partner. if you were the nurse you would dress up in a tight skimpy nurse dress that might show some cleavage, you would put on an act and talk dirty,act sexy, etc. an example might be..you come in the room dressed up like a hot nurse, you say something like its time for your examanation now and maybe giggle or something..pretend to drop your little pen or whatever on the floor, maybe bend over in front of him so he gets a good view, kind of give him his "examanation" if you get my gist here. kind of massage him a little, touch wherever your comfortable with, and have some fun :)

Well, roleplaying is exactly what the name makes it sound like, playing a role.
It doesn't mean that you'll act like this in real life.
Just pretend that you're a nurse checking on a sick patient.
Pretend to put a stethoscope on his heart and say something like 'Wow, your heartrate went up. I guess it's because I'm here'. You get the idea.
