Do you know of any household item/object that can help whiten my teeth . I dont want to use crest whitening strips or get them permanentaly whitened that would be too much money. :]] thanks

try baking soda or I know this sounds gross
but try gargling with some peroxide but do not swallow it

Baking Soda and hydrogen peroxide.

Not sure of the EXACT mixture but I've used about a teaspoon baking soda mixed with the normal amount of toothpaste and brush as normal. I sometimes use hydrogen peroxide as a rinse too. Use two parts water to one part HP. I think that's it. Just don't swallow and it may turn parts of your mouth white but, that's normal. Also, it really taste nasty.
