So I have this job, right? It's at McDonald's. I'm a manager there and they treat me like crap because I complained against another store when I received really bad service and their manager was very rude to me. Ever since, my store has been treating me like I'm a "traitor" and that calling against another store is a "no-no" but I feel I had every right, and when I tell people that, they just get more angry! I really can't take it anymore and I've begun to look for a new job. If I find a new one, it's going to be so hard to quit McDonald's because I'll feel totally guilty, ONLY because I'm a new manager and I JUST finished ALL my training and it took forever, but I just HATE it! Does anybody have any words of wisdom for me? Anything at all?

It's your 'house', they play by your rules. To quit would show you are week. Not sure how much power you got there but if you have to, get a new crew. Make their lives hell! The only people you really need to worry about is how your employees are doing and your upper management. If your nose is clean and you are running things right, you've got little to worry about.
