Q: I've been with my boyfriend since february. It's been an on and off sort of relationship, but we were both happy up until he cheated on me with this girl that he knows i hate. I broke up with him, and he went out with her, only to break up with her for me again. I took him back, but unfortunatly cheated on him myself whilst being drunk, with an ex boyfriend of mine. He forgave me, and took me back, but i did it again, and he broke up with me. I know that i would have done the same if i was in his position, but despite everything i've done, i do love him more than anything. I'm the type of person who constantly needs to be reassured that i'm cared about and loved, and he seemed to always take me for granted, and so i go and search for someone else to make me feel wanted..I've tried to explain this to him, but he just shuts off, as if he's scared of confrontation. I know that we both have really strong feelings for each other, and that we both do love each other, but i'm scared that i'll never get him back... How can i convince him that i'm sorry and that i do infact love him??

A: Well, if you two were to get back together you both would have to make a commitment that you would be true to each other. Relationships are built on trust, and you both have broken the other's in the past. If you have another relationship, you'll have to promise each other that you will stay true no matter what, and promise to talk things out if something about the relationship is bothering you.

With this said, you can't make him listen to you. Just try to get him to understand that you really are sorry and you love him. Write him a note explaining this, and how you want to be with him again. Hopefully, he feels the same way and will respond in a way that'll be great for the both of you. Prove to him that you can be true to him and that you won't do the things you did in the past over again. Show him that you're responsible and want to do your best to make him happy. Show him that you respect him. Then he'll know for sure that you're honest.

Q: i have this really good friend but lately she has been acting different. she says she cuts but i dont know if she is lying because i do cut or she really does. i asked her what she "cut" with and she said i dont remember and she like never has any marks on her. I would like a second opinion because she wont tell me if she is lying or not and i think she is.

A: Why do you care? Are you afraid she's going to say she's cutting so you'll think she's cool or something? Why would someone lie about cutting? If they do, then they're a sicko or desperate for attention. Just don't bother her about it. Cutting is NOT a good thing, no need to encourage her to actually start cutting if she's not already.

Q: how do you do squats and what do they work on?

A: To do a squat, stand up with your legs about shoulder-length apart. Now bend your knees until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Hold for about five or so seconds, then stand back up. You have just completed ONE squat.

Squats work mostly on your legs and butt, and are excellent if you're looking to tone your muscles fast. Do two sets of twenty squats a day for a week, and gradually move up to say... three sets of thirty squats a day. You'll notice a huge difference in muscle tone and appearance. Have fun exercising.

Q: how do i make lasagna, homemade, non of that boxed stuff?

A: You will need:

1 box lasagna noodles
1 jar spaghetti sauce (like Ragu)
1 pound hamburger
Provolone, muenster, and mozerella cheeses
13 x 9" dish

Take a large pot of water, add a drop or two of extra virgin olive oil, and add lasagna noodles. While the noodles are boiling, take out a large pan to cook the hamburger in. Cook hamburger on medium until brown *make SURE it is done*. When hamburger is done cooking, add the spaghetti sauce. Stir sauce and hamburger together thoroughly, let simmer. Lightly spray the pan with Mazola or Pam so the noodles won't stick. Now layer like this: noodles, cheese, sauce, noodles, cheese, sauce, noodles, cheese sauce, etc. until you get to the top of the pan (you should have the last layer of sauce on top). Sprinkle the top layer with a generous amount of shredded mozerella cheese. Pop into the oven for around 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!

Q: Ok tonight my bofriend is comming over, and I don't know what to wear. He is comming over to watch the movie BoogieMan with me, and so what would be a good outfit for this occision?

A: Oh, I dunno. Jeans and a tee shirt? Just wear something comfortable but a little cute. A good example of this is some old worn out Levi's and a vintage or band tee shirt. Go light on the makeup (Guys HATE caked-on makeup) and wear your hair down or in a cute half-up, half-down 'do. Wear some cute socks too. :) Hope all goes well with your date!

Q: Ok, i am in 8th grade and i am a 13 year opld female (just so oyu know the setting) well anyways my problem is that i have never ever ever in my life had a boyfriend. i know you might be sayi wow big deal, but it is. like almost everyone i know has had/haves 1. i feel weid when people go, oh who is you b/f, or who have you gone out with. idk whatto do. i hate feeling this way, is it wrong that i have never had a b/f, nad what can i do to make me feel better bout my self (qith out actually getting a b/f, cuz dont see that happeneing in the near future.

A: Don't worry about it, really, it IS no big deal. There's nothing wrong with never having had a boyfriend at age 13. You probably feel awkward around your friends because they've all had a boyfriend, but just shrug it off. If they ask you if you've had one, just answer 'no'. I mean, sure it'd be nice to have a boyfriend or whatever, but at that age it doesn't matter (most of the time). Knowing how guys are, you probably have never had one because they're all too intimidated by you to ask you out. Just be confident in yourself and guys will eventually stop being so timid. ;)

Q: I was diagnosed with Viral Meningitis last Sunday. I had a spinal tap done and as a result from that received a "spinal headache". This is where whenever you stand up you have intense pressure on your head and neck. On Wednesday I was able to stand up without this happening, but I feel very tired all the time and have heacaches off and on. Does anybody know when these symptoms will go away?

A: A girl in my class had meningitis a year or two ago. It took her a few weeks to completely heal, but she felt a whole lot better after about four days. I hope you feel better soon! Meningitis is a nasty sickness...

Q: I'm moving to a new school, in a different state this summer. The teacher who had most influence on me, was my chorus teacher. Would it be gay to get him a thank you card, and tell him how great of a teacher he was?

A: Of course not! It's merely letting him know how much you appreciated his teaching you over the past year(s). There's nothing gay about it. My band/choir director is leaving this year for another school and our whole class got together and signed a card for him. Believe me, it'll mean so much to him that he made a difference in your life. Get him a card.

Q: hey all here is the 411 lol i want a boyfriend i haven't had a boyfriend ever in my life how do i get one.

A: Maybe you should wait until he comes to you. :) My boyfriend and I were so, so very shy of each other, but eventually, after about a year of liking each other, our friend asked us out for us. If you wait, the right guy will come to you.

If you do the "flirt with guys" etc. thing, guys might think you're trying to throw yourself at them. Just act like you normally do around them. Get to be their friend, and make them laugh at every opportunity. Guys love to laugh, and girls that have a good sense of humor appeal to them. Smile, joke around with them, and just have a good time. Guys don't really care as much about your looks as girls think, so don't worry about anything in that area.

You may be lonely/bored/whatever now, but if you wait for the right guy it'll make up for all the times you ever felt lonely without him. I hope you and your future boyfriend meet soon!

Q: i just saw star wars revenge of the sith or w/e its called. this is the first star wars movies i've seen so i guess i don't really understand. can someone please explain to me what it's about? thank you

A: Go back and watch the first trilogy. Then watch I and II of the second trilogy. You'll understand then. That's really the only way you can understand fully what it's all about. It's too complicated to explain on Advicenators.

Q: I like this one boy in my class and every day we always smile at each other then stair into each others eyes and he always has a satisfied look on his face, do you think he likes me or did he just rip a fart? if you dont kno then can you please tell me how to tell if a boy likes you?

A: I think either a) he's interested in you, but too shy to admit it because he's afraid you'll reject him, or b) a really weird retard. You can tell if guys like you pretty easily. Most of the time guys will tease you or hang around you alot if they have a thing for you. Others, they'll just be really shy and quiet around you, or try to avoid eye-contact. It just depends on what kind of a guy he is. Lol, I hope you can sort things out!

Q: i have a question me and this guy are going out and like his family like his parents like arent the fondest of me like she is holding something against me. see me and this other guy went to prom together and the guy im going out with now is obviously pretty bummed about this so his mom is constantly holding this against me and just wont gimmie a 2nd chance! So i plan on writing her a letter. I need some help on what to say to her. Like explaining why i did go. I went because he proved 2 me it was so important and that he wanted to go with me. Well this guys mom (my bf) is obviously protecting her "little baby boy"... well trying. but i cant tell her why i wanted cuz she'd hate me more. So please help!

A: Just don't bother with what she thinks. That's her problem, not yours, if she has a grudge against you. Although a good relationship with his parents would be nice, it's not a required point in a relationship with your boyfriend. If she says anything bad or acts rude to you, just ignore. She'll get over it in time.

A: Yes. Love is much more complex than physical attraction. It's a combination of mental connection, physical attraction, understanding, and friendship.

Q: sorry if this doesn't belong here. all of the fonts on websites are much bigger than normal. is this common? lol. according to norton i don't have any viruses, but it is really getting on my nerves. is there something i can change in my computers settings even? thanks.

A: Internet Explorer is Satan incarnated. No, really. Anyway, you can click on Start > Settings > Control Panel > Display and edit the font type from there. That is, if you have Windows 98 or 2000. If you have XP, I have no idea... Anyway. I hope this helps you a bit.

Q: hi, i have no idea what to do about my eyebrows. i tried to pluck, but t hurts too much. i bought once of those eyebrows fixing shaving things, ut they dont work. my mom doesn't let me go to a saloon or anything. what should i do?

A: Just don't worry about them unless they're overly bushy or gross. I had my eyebrows plucked into almost non-existence and I'm still waiting for them to grow back in. Don't worry about it. I mean, people aren't going to be walking around going "HOLY FREAKIN' CHEESE CRACKERS, That girl's eyebrows are weird!" And if they do, well...that's just weird. You've probably got lovely eyebrows as they already are. Just wait a while!
