Sporkster answered Tuesday May 31 2005, 5:27 pm: You will need:
1 box lasagna noodles
1 jar spaghetti sauce (like Ragu)
1 pound hamburger
Provolone, muenster, and mozerella cheeses
13 x 9" dish
Take a large pot of water, add a drop or two of extra virgin olive oil, and add lasagna noodles. While the noodles are boiling, take out a large pan to cook the hamburger in. Cook hamburger on medium until brown *make SURE it is done*. When hamburger is done cooking, add the spaghetti sauce. Stir sauce and hamburger together thoroughly, let simmer. Lightly spray the pan with Mazola or Pam so the noodles won't stick. Now layer like this: noodles, cheese, sauce, noodles, cheese, sauce, noodles, cheese sauce, etc. until you get to the top of the pan (you should have the last layer of sauce on top). Sprinkle the top layer with a generous amount of shredded mozerella cheese. Pop into the oven for around 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy! [ Sporkster's advice column | Ask Sporkster A Question ]
