i really like this guy. and i know he likes me. The thing is he is black and some are my friends are acting weird about that. i mean i don't see anything wrong with it. Is there something wrong with a white female dating a black male??

There's nothing wrong with that at all. As for your friends, I'm sure they're not racist. It's simply been proven that there's certain brain reactions that attract a person to a person of their same race. If you like him and he likes you, then you don't need to worry about anything, and your friends will get over it.

There are just human beings who live in different parts of the planet, and the color of their skin simply adapts to the climate. People put way more emphasis on race than they should. Color is simply more than just that--a color--interracial dating is common and there is not a problem with it--the only problem with dating any man is you have to make sure they are good and not bad asses and they dont use you--but that is for any color man--lol-so no there is nothing wrong with it--if you like him you do what you feel not what your friends feel or think..good luck

no, there's nothing wrong with that at all, it's just that some people are still a little prejudiced towards interracial relationships. don't worry about what your friends say but don't get mad at them for it - it's just the way they've been brought up because that's the way our society still is. if you really like that guy, go out with him and show others that you look past those shadowy rules that our society has set up.
