I'm getting to the point where I can't stand to be around my boyfriend. He is really frustrating me. I don't really consider myself unreasonable and I feel really guilty about all this. He's constantly analyzing every aspect of our relationship on whether it's considered "sinful" or not. He even went on about kissing and how it must be considered 'selfish' to a persons own desires. He reads all these sexual purity books and gets his morality and philosophy from them. He is really stiff and concerned about purity.. I know most girls would love a guy who isn't sex obsessed, but sometimes I think it'd be better if he was. I feel I'm not worthy when I'm around him. I always feel like shit when he preaches about morals and stuff. what should I do? is it stupid to care about this? i feel like i'm making a big deal and should just accept it and move on.

13/m. I have a sister who is 14. Where we live, stuff happens slowly. It's not like in NYC where everyone loses their virginity at, like 13. My sister finally got her first boyfriend. I'm not too worried about that. But, they're taking everything too fast: one week, they're dating. Another week, they're holding hands. This may not seem like much to you, but where I live it is. And now yesterday---they've been together 2 months, tops---they both had their first kiss.
I've been trying to get more info, but she's really private about this. I asked her if it was just a peck or if she made out, and she said that it was about 5 seconds. Is that long for a first kiss? And I asked her when, and she showed me a ring that she got from him. Unfortunately, I suck at taking hints, so I still don't get it.
She doesn't want to tell anyone about anything that happens. My other sister and my parents are still completely unaware that they've done so much as hold hands, and she doubts she'll tell them about kissing any time soon.
So, I was just wondering, is this too fast, am I worrying too much, will she be turning into a sex-obsessed slut any time soon, and how can I get her to communicate more? Shes right, why do you need to know, you may care for her but is that really an excuse to stick your ore in??? at the end of the day, she is old enough to make her own decisions, if she wants to kiss him after 2 months (which is actually quite along time when you think about it)
They are dating, which means they are aloud to hold hands, thats the whole idea of dating, to be close to someone you love, kissing is a way of showing affection and she is private because she dosn't want her little brother snooping around, keep out of thre business and let them geton with it, you would not like her snooping around when you get a girlfriend would you?

Your mother is being rediculious, she can't treat you like a baby for ever, you get good grades, you have good mates, your a good kid, and the more she keeps saying NO, the bigger issue it is going to become, she cant stop ou from seeing anybody.

Well its not going to be easy and your probibialy gunna break his heart (thats the harsh truth) but at the same time you carn't stay in a relationship where your not happy. your going to have to do it face-to-face, try to explain how you feel and that you would realy like to keep him as a friend. i carn't predict how he will take it, but even if it goes realy badly he will learn to live with it and within time get over it. don't be too hard on your self - its not your fault and to say nothing and keep going would be just as unfair on him an it would on you. good luck!

I am an event rider and to me horses are the best things in the world - at present i have 6 - a 15hh coloured cob which is my dressage horse (general), 2 17hh dapple gray eventing stallions (Bill and Ben), a clydesdale foal (Teegan), a ex racer (Jimmiy) and my fallabella that lives in the house (Tululla). I love them all to bits and dont no what i wud do without them.
If you really want your mam to but you a horse, suck up, ALOT, thats what i did and i got 6!!!!

I have a boxer called Merson. Boxers are known for their docilness, merson is very good with children and even tho he has dermatitas in his ears, ehrn my 5 month old niece comes round and tugs at his ears he dosnt bat an eyelid, where it takes 6 of us to pin him down to put his drops in.
I would recomend a boxer as a family pet to anyone - they also make very good guard dogs

At the end of the day, you don't meddle in your mams relationships so do'nt let her meddle in yours. If you really like this guy and he really likes you then there is no point wondering what could have been when you don't go out with him because your mother dosn't approve. In my opinion, you should go 4 it, i am not saying rush into a full blown me style relationship, but defo don't hold back, enjoy yourselfs and dont let parents get in your way

When i was 13 i met a guy who was 18, i went through hell and back with my parents, and for over a year they were adament that we wern't going to let us see eachother. Finally, because we both stuck to our guns and fourght for each other, we were allowed to see each other.
Love concours all - if you realy care for this guy, then the both of you will do what ever it takes to be together
