UWishUHadMyHemi answered Saturday October 16 2004, 3:25 pm: Any doctor will tell you that you should drink 64 ounces(thats eight, 1 cup((8 ounce)) servings)a day, but it never hurts to drink more. you actually lose weight when you drink more. your body gets the liquids that it needs, so it doesnt store them as much, so you shed the "water weight".
