Water on a minimum, how much are u supossed to drink daily?

your body weight divided by 2 is the number of ounces you should drink. like if someone weighs 150lbs then they should drink 75 ounces of water/day ]

The minimum is 8 cups. I actually drink a hell of alot more than that... But you can't drink too much because you can drown yourself. I'm not joking either. Hope this helped. ]
Well you're supposed to drink 6-8 pints A DAY but that's not going to happen realistically is it?? So 4-5 should do it. ]

You're supposed to drink about 8-10 glasses of water a day but you should usually drink about 8 glasses of water a day! Hope I helped :) ]
im pretty sure your'e suppose to drink from 8-12 cups.. but don't go directly drinking all that.. b/c your body should be getting water from alot of other places.. like other food you eat... unless all you're eating is total junk food and such that is soaking up the water that you need.. but just in general 8 cups. ]
Any doctor will tell you that you should drink 64 ounces(thats eight, 1 cup((8 ounce)) servings)a day, but it never hurts to drink more. you actually lose weight when you drink more. your body gets the liquids that it needs, so it doesnt store them as much, so you shed the "water weight". Try carrying a bottle around with you wherever you go, so you'll always have a hydration supply! Take care! ]

I know the recommened amount of water you should drink per day is half your body weight in ounces. For example if your 120 pounds then you should drink 60 ounces of water per day. ]
If you mean like alcahol, then maybe one glass of wine is actually good for your heart, if you mean like water, about four glasses of something.

you're suppose to have 8 glasses..but if you drink koolaids & stuff like that too, you'll be getting enough since water is in those..=)

You're really supposed to drink eight glasses of water a day, but very few people actually drink that much. I drink at least half a liter of water day, judging by evian bottles. Lol.

8 cups is what they say, but if you drink that much, you'll just be bloated and have to pee a lot. I think 4 is plenty. Even that might be too much. ]
