Yeah, that's normal. Especially if your working out. My Phys. Ed. teacher told me it's normal to feel cramps and muscle pain because your working them out. But, it's not good for it to keep on hurting. You should wait until the pain is gone and then start working out again. Usually you only need to work out 3 days a week anyways. ~goodluck~

Hi. I have a problem here. My cousin is really nice and he is friends with my boyfriend and his friends. My boy friend dosent do drugs but some of his friends do. I cant just stop his friends from doing drugs because some of them i dont evan care about. My cousin hangs out with them alot and im sure he dose drugs because i asked some of his friends and they say he dose. They all tell me not to tell anyone. My mom is really good friends with his mom (my aunt). Im not going to tell on him but what should i do to make him stop? I dont want advice that says talk it over with your cousin or just go tell on him cuz thats not what im going to do.
Then how else are you going to help him if you can't talk to him? The first thing you need to know is if your cousin is really doing drugs. You shouldn't believe just what his friends say. Guys want to look cool in front of girls, and to them "doing drugs" makes them "cool". But, honestly find out for sure if your cousin does it. The only way you can is to ask him striaght up, be like "oh so ive heard your doing drugs now? is it true??" After your 100% sure, then you can start thinking of how to help him. You should really be there for him.

How does that sound weird? I think it's great you want to spend time with your dad. Do you know how many people wish they had one?? Yeah, so what your trying to do is cool. Find out what your dad likes, like for instance if he's a football fan, you two can go together to watch the game. Or you can watch it together on t.v, it's all good. Be honest with your dad. Tell him exactly how you feel (I know it's not that easy), but just be like "dad, we really never got the chance to hang out and I'd really like it if we did"... How should you make her happy? Well, you can include her while your with your friends. Be nice and sweet to her. Stay simple and she'll like that! If your going to buy her something, buy her something that she likes like (try to find out what she likes if you don't know!) flowers, candy, chocolate, a bracelet, necklace, or you can make her a gift which is even more sweet and means more because you've made it especially for her. First of all, why would you two keep it a secret? Because her parents don't know or because you just don't want people knowing??? If that's the case, you shouldn't hide it if you don't want to, but if you keep it a secret, it shows like your kind of embarressed of having a girlfriend and usually secrets leak out sooner or later. I think you should take her out one day after school. Say friday?? You two can go to dairy queen (like you said) and get some ice cream and just hang out. Then the second time you take her out, you two can go to the movies. Each date you two have will bring you closer. Take it one step at a time. That's good. I'm happy you found love at an early age. Since this is just the beginning of your relationship, I suggest you don't get something tooo expensive or big. You could get him a cd, dvd, hats (if he wears them), teddy bear, cologne, etc.. Little stuff, you know what I mean? If your still clueless, go to the mall and look around, I'm sure you'll find something. Hmmm...You could try telling your mom that your "friend" that goes to another school wants you to come because their having a "dance" and everyone is going, or you can tell her your going to hang out at your friend's house and go with your boyfriend instead. If your going to try that take all your stuff with you and change your clothes at your friend's house than go. But, honestly, I'd really want you to go, but I don't want you lying to your mom. So, if you don't end up going, just tell your boyfriend the truth. That you really want to go, but your mom won't let you. My friend's mom works in school with her..and shes strict about guys with her. My friend isnt allowed to date african americans..but get this..her mom is married to man from afghanistan and her mom is white! So i think its really unfair that her mom is being racist while SHE married outside of her race. I feel really bad..is there anything i can do?
There isn't really anything you can do. I know you want to help your friend, but this is between her and her mother. If your friend really likes an african american guy, she can bring him over for dinner or something, so her mom will get to know him and see that there's nothing wrong with it. It's all the stereo-typing these days that probably give african americans bad reps. Awwwww. A lot of people are going through what your going through. Your not alone! First of all you have to find out what makes you want to cut yourself? What makes you so sad and hurt? Find out what it is that's bothering you. Then you can help yourself. Find a really trusting and close friend to talk to, it always helps when you talk to someone. Letting your feelings out makes you feel relieved. Or you can go to the school's guidance counseller and talk to him/her. My friend talks to our school counseller and it really helps her sometimes. And you can also keep a journal. Write down everything! Your feelings, your secrets, your day and how it went. I really hope you get better, I used to be like that too, I cut myself, I used pills, I tried so many things to kill myself but I wasn't brave enough. What helped me was my friends. They stayed behind me every step of the way and I keep a journal too, because letting everything out wether it's on paper or to a friend, I feel so much better. Remember just 1 thing...It will get better! Even if it feels like it's been forever, life does eventually get better. Try to stay positive even though it's hard and you have to be strong too! *goodluck*
