Eye Liner and Foundation
Okay im DESPERATE for a good Eyeliner and a good Foundation, the liquid one, the ones I wear ALWAYS come off within 30 minutes, and its so annoying! and they smell bad too! I really need help!!

any department stores that have clinique or estee lauder.... it's expensive BUT.. it works.... if you'd like something that's even better ((but a lot more expensive)) try Mac cosmetics or Sephora.... very expensive but very good.... at any of these places the people there will sit down with you and help you choose the best make-up that's right for you... hope i helped and good luck =)

Oh my Gosh go to the Dollar Store they have the best eyeliner and foundation..its smells liek flowers. ANd roses.

try going to the mall and go to clinique and you could ask them and you can try some of the make up out and see which one works for you hope i could help

for eyeliner use pencil ones they harely come off i mean they do but not to the end of the day and foundation u could use the powder ones because they dont smell as bad and work good to u could buy these at any local store

never heard of smelly eyeliner.. but um i would suggest maybelle expert eyes for eyeliner..and for foundation i would suggest covergirl..or mary kay.. hope i helped..~*DEZ*~ Thuggirl041790

I use Max Factor. It's a liquid one, and it's waterproof. Normally it stays on for up to a week if I don't scrub it off.

MAC! MAC is expensive but worth it, totally. They help you and give you tips on what to do with your makeup. Oh and, good cheap eyelienrs would be NYC Jane and Wet N Wild. You can get them from $1-$3. Ohh and for foundation I would say MAC. They stay on all day:) But again, its expensive. Check out www.maccosmetics.com for their products~!!

Omg, the best eyeliner is Annabell!!! Honestly it stays on for the whole day! I also use Maybelline liquid foundation. It's oil-free and stays on the whole day too!! You should try it, their great! *goodluck*

you can get good stick eyeliners at orgins or mac, good liquid eyelinders are lancome thingys idn what there called but they work good and foundation a really good onne is aquasmooth u get at department stores lol hope i helped

Have you ever heard of Arbonne?? Well it is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! All theyre products are wonderful! But they dont sell them in a regular department store because they are so exclusive. Try www.Arbonne.com

if you`ve got time & money, go to younkers and they can answer any of your questions as well as pick out the right color for you.
otherwise, try the waterproof stuff. And dont use liquid foundation, that stuff sucks and it does smell.i use eyeliner called perfect point plus.. its like 4.70ish and its everywhere -- that stuff works really well

Go to a department store (i.e robinson's may or Nordstroms) and ask for makeup help. They can tell you exactly what you want to know, and they can even give you a free makeover! Don't settle for an appointment, go to another booth who has time for you. Lancome and Estee laudour has very good makeup. Don't go to the drugstore until you find the right kind for you, or else you'll just end up with duds!
