everytime i open itunes, a little thing pops up asking me if i want to update it to a newer version of itunes. does anyone know if there is a difference when you update it, and is it worth it?

ok so i like really like this guy but hes got a gf, ive liked him for almost a year now and i dont know if i should give up on him or not. me and him are pretty close friendship wise but it looks like him and his gf are gonna be together for a long time.

i have the abilty to get good grades and i already know that. the problem is that i can't seem to always do my homework and focus on my classwork. i need ways to help me focus and do my homework right when i get home.
i used to have the same problem as you.. ((actually sometimez i still do)) but here's my suggestion...have your desk clear and empty... when you get home go straight up to your room and just close your door, get out all of the stuff you need for your homework.... the desk will help you to be focused and organized and then you will be able to finish faster.... try to avoid all distractions.... ((if you need to have a water bottle so0o you won't need to go to get a drink)) this way you'll have time for fun later after your homework.. hope i helped =)

use the Physicians Formula Cosmetics Pearls of Perfection Multi-Colored Face Tints....omg that stuff works soo good.... and it adds life to your face.... you can buy it at any drug store... it's around $7-$10.... also try to wear some blush... it will add a glow to your face and make you look alive and refreshed.... but don't use too much.. go for the natural look... hope i helped =)

im 17/f and im moving out next year hopefully,but latley my parents have been bitching about everything i do non-stop! holy shit.... I have the same exact problems as you.... basically I just try to ignore them but I feel soo trapped you know.... I've tried runnin away ((not a good idea)) soo I know it's not much help but the best I can tell you is to just try to deal with it as best as you can.... my friend suggested to me to write a letter to you're parents about how you feel and leave it on the kitchen table before you go to school so that they have time to think about it... if that doesn't work then just everytime they start bitchin call up ur best friend and talk to them about it... ((but don't complain too much)) or write about it in your diary or something.... hope i helped and tell me how it goes =)

ok i met this guy on-line from one of my friends last saturday night and we talked and all, and i think i may like him i dk hes 2 years older n he went out with one of my some-what friends, i mean i talk to her but were not like close or anything...they recently just broke up and all....so he said he was single n looking or w/e, we were joking around n crap over cyber stuff on-line then he asked me how far i went with a guy...and im like uhh well im not suppose to date till im 16 so i have to wait and then he said n ur turnin 15 soon arent u and i said yeahh...then he asked me how long would i wait to have sex. or if i would give a bj or a hj...or if i would enter the back door and all...then he said that i would prob b the only one who doesnt have muchs bf all threw high school and i said yeahh well i rather be single then screw my life over be4 i graduate then he said that i could use a condom n i said yeahh condom or no condom if my parents found out i would be dead...i get a feelin that i wont turn out a virgin when i graduate im gettin this feelin that i wouldnt but anyways...then he asked me if i was bush or bare as in the south of the border..and i basically refused that and all..he knows i know his ex..and i was wonderin if this sounded like he liked me or something? any ideas?

any department stores that have clinique or estee lauder.... it's expensive BUT.. it works.... if you'd like something that's even better ((but a lot more expensive)) try Mac cosmetics or Sephora.... very expensive but very good.... at any of these places the people there will sit down with you and help you choose the best make-up that's right for you... hope i helped and good luck =)

here's an excercise I found online...
An Amazing Butt Building Exercise You Can Do At Home:
If you really want to build your butt up in a hurry, here is a powerful exercise you can do at home. Be warned, you may have a hard time sitting down after doing it. Also, if you have sensitive knees be extremely careful with this one.
See the picture below for guidance on how this exercise will look.
1. You will need a solid chair or bench for this exercise. This is to increase the useful range of motion of the exercise, which is important for maximizing it's effects. You will also need to have something solid that you can grab onto. This can be a railing or a door frame or a pole, etc. Place the chair immediately in front of this solid object.
2. Stand on the chair on one leg facing the solid object and hold onto it at about waist level directly in front of you. Your heel should be close to the back edge of the chair.
3. Lower your body as far down as you can go into a one-legged squat. Your other leg will drop down below the level of the chair seat behind you. You should feel a great stretch in your glute. Make sure you continue to keep a firm grip on whatever you are holding on to.
4. Push yourself back up using your glute as much as possible. This is most easily accomplished by focusing on pushing with your heel. Also, you can stick your butt out while pushing back up to really maximize the effect.
if you do this and drink more milk... and eat more peanut butter... it should help... good luck lol =)
