Normal? Is it normal for a girl who doesn't have her period, but a stomach that hurts for almost no reason? I been doing sit-ups flat on my back and now whenever I stretch my stomach hurts. Its not like I'm hungry, its more like the skin that hurts. Is it normal?

Yeah, that's normal. Especially if your working out. My Phys. Ed. teacher told me it's normal to feel cramps and muscle pain because your working them out. But, it's not good for it to keep on hurting. You should wait until the pain is gone and then start working out again. Usually you only need to work out 3 days a week anyways. ~goodluck~ ]
hi, u prabably oulled a muscle in ur stomach, but some bengay or aloe cream on it and stay away from the sit ups for a little while untill it stops hurting, try warm compressses every 4 hours

heyyhey, it just means you've been working your muscles alot. it should go away evenutally though. when i do alot of situps it happens to me too.try taking some medincine to relax the muscles and it should make it feel better. lay off the situps for a day or so until it stops hurting. your stomach is probably just getting used to working the muscles in it. dont stress it. alrighty hope i helped! peace

you answered you own question its from doing the sit ups your body isnt use to them yet but after they will get use to it and it wont hurt hope i helped ]
Thats because you are doing situps.. Its normal.. don't worry.. if you stop doing the situps the pain will go away.. why are you doing situps anyway.. if you do it too much you will get a 6-pack.. and they arent attractive on girls.. a flat stomach is best ;) hope I helped ]
Yes, this is perfectly normal. It is doing this because doing your sit-ups is making your muscles flater and strong. It just means that it is working and that is a good thing that it is.

Yes, this is normal. Your abdominals are just being toned and you are now starting to feel and see results so your skin and stomach should hurt. I don't think this has to do with your period because when you are about to get your first period, you start to get discharge a few months or years before you actually get your period. You could try talking to a doctor and you'll find out why this is happening to you.
