sad and hurt First thing I have to say.. is I am really goin thru a tough time right now so please don't be mean anwsering this question because I am serious about this... Alright... I had like a breakdown today...and cut my wrists a little bit not alot but some..I really can not stop thinking about suicide and I don't know what to do.. I want help so it doesn't go to far... but I'm afraid if I ask people will just think I am doing it for attention and I'm not but I can't take this anymore... I don't know what to do.. Please help me and fast... I'll rate you.. I just want to be happy again like I was when I was little... Ok thanks and remember please don't be mean!!

aww I'm soo sorry. I think you have nostalgia or something- it means that you are longing for the past so badly. I think. If you died when you slit your wrists, think of how much you could've missed...i know that you are going through a lot, so i think you should search for a therapist. YOU ARE NOT CRAZY! and i am not trying to be mean. But you have to let your feelings out or else you are going to keep thinking the same thoughts. Hope you feel better :/

Awwwww. A lot of people are going through what your going through. Your not alone! First of all you have to find out what makes you want to cut yourself? What makes you so sad and hurt? Find out what it is that's bothering you. Then you can help yourself. Find a really trusting and close friend to talk to, it always helps when you talk to someone. Letting your feelings out makes you feel relieved. Or you can go to the school's guidance counseller and talk to him/her. My friend talks to our school counseller and it really helps her sometimes. And you can also keep a journal. Write down everything! Your feelings, your secrets, your day and how it went. I really hope you get better, I used to be like that too, I cut myself, I used pills, I tried so many things to kill myself but I wasn't brave enough. What helped me was my friends. They stayed behind me every step of the way and I keep a journal too, because letting everything out wether it's on paper or to a friend, I feel so much better. Remember just 1 thing...It will get better! Even if it feels like it's been forever, life does eventually get better. Try to stay positive even though it's hard and you have to be strong too! *goodluck* ]
Im sorry to hear your going through a tought time. And the reason you cut is probaly because you get so depressed and sad that you just dont know what to do. Cutting is an illness and you should get help. You should go to a counselor and maybe you can get anti-depression pills.These will help you not to be depressed all the time.Hope i've helped

Oh wow, you're so much like me! I can't even believe it, I just took a moment to think about that, lol. Anyway, when I was little I was happy too, I miss childhood, but now all I wanna do is die, and what I do about that is cry in my room, just to let things out, or I take a hot shower and lay down and just close my eyes and breathe deeply, and think of whats in my head, and I picture all of my problems draining out of my head and theres nothing but air. And sometimes I talk to people, but not too much because I feel like people don't understand, but I think you should tell your parents how you feel and you want help very badly, and make sure they take you seriously, and tell them about the cuts, they won't think it was for attention. I hope we both are happy like e were in childhood, its good to know that someone feel the same.

Um if your school has a counseler go there and explain to her wat is bothering you. And please dont cut yourself again becasue it doesnt solve anything. Trust me. and mabye try talking to liek a really good friend of yours, she/he might be able to help you out. Just explain to your friend that you are not doing this for attention and that you really do need help. I seriously hope you talk to a counseler. Just do me a favor and try not to cut again. Do something else liek fi you feel like cutting rip a whole magazine apart. It works!

As a person in the medical field and someone who has attempted suicide before- I have a similar experience that you have to.
I don't know your age but there are options available for you. If you feel like you're really going to do it- you have to go down to your hospital emergency room. They will keep you safe and give you a place to rest and you'll be able to talk to someone there who can help you. Or if you don't want to do that you can call the national suicide hotline at: 1800 273 TALK.
If you don't want to do that- you can talk to a conselor that you trust.
Also you can always talk to your doctor. They can assess your suicide risk- who to contact- prescribe medicine- and most of all you can talk to them confidentiality (ie you don't have to worry about them telling your parents/friends/etc.).

OMG i had the same problem... there was alot of stress on me and nothing was going right. But then 2 people died by drugs and it was really sad and so many people were afftected. so i sat and thought for a little bit about my family and my best friends and how many people i knew wouldnt be happy about me being gone. just think if ur bff died... how sad would u be? you have so much to accomplish in life, so dont five up now... if school is giving you stress, take less time from the electronics and friends, and organize something like your binder and youll feel satisfied. and then just start to do your homwork. its worked for me and i hope it will work for you. either do that or just lay down and watch a funny movie that will get your mind off of things. maybe you can even go to a park or something and just relax. do anything that might be able to get your mind off of things for a little while.

you have to tell somebody..somebody that you can trust *a parent, a school guidance counselor, you best friend? the best thing you can do is not to think about suicide! theres ppl that care about you and it doesnt solve everything..if you tell your parents then they can help you.they might get you help from a professional.. something temporary you can try is wen everything is overwhelming, take a deep breathe, think of sumthing thats not stressful and then wen your mind is clear look at one thing at a time..juss to tell you cutting is styll cutting if its a lil or alot..in my opinion its not the way to go but everyone thinks different, i hope i helped xOx risSii ]
Ok well...I have the same thing happening to me, except its worse, its been attempted im hust waiting for someone to let my parents know that i have a prolonged depression so that i can get help. But some ways to help, are going to see your school councelor, or talking to a close adult. First things first. You have to tell someone, if you don't, things are just going to get worse. They're not going to think differently of you or think that your in this for attention. You have a problem and you need help hun. Try talking to your bestfriend, a teacher or a close family member. They'll help you with everything, I'm sure of it hun!

hey take it from someone who has had plenty friends cut theirselves and or thought about suicide. They put me in the position of what should they should do. But all i could say was not to anyting your going to regret. And plz do not commit suicide. It scares everyone and even though you might not believe it but people really do care about you. So don't forget the poeple who love you and take ur life away from THEM. ;) hope i helped ]
