hey guys. i work out basically every single day. i curl with a 2 hand curl bar and i carl 1 hands and i bench and do push ups and stuff like that. I also take protein in shakes because my friend recomended them, but i have no clue how much to take. i read online that u should take more than 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. is this true?? if i take thew much protein per day, i will be spending hundreds of dollars in the nutrition store. please help me, and i'll rate you.

hey wuts up people my friend like this grl in my high school. He saiz shes nice and stuff like that but i never see him hanging out with her and i happen to be friends with her and she barely knows who he is. I think he just likes her because she is like the leader of the cheerleading squad or wutever its called. Someone give me a way to tell this kid hes retarded and he only like sher cuz shes a cheerlead in a *nice* way

I have this friend who likes to know just everything about my life, and always talks about me behind my back to my really good guy friend. Shes acuused me of liking every guy she has, but its honestly the opposite way around. She really is a backstabber and my guy friend says that i should confront her of what shes doing because shes ruining my chances of going out with anyone because she starts to like them and then i feel bad and want her to have him. I really dont mind if she talks about me because shes only hurting herself, but now im starting to wonder if it will get worse and i should do somthing about it?? please help!

hey ok my sisters 30 birthday is sunday. im going over to her house saturday because she just got married and shes having a wedding party and showing her video of the wedding and pictures! anyways, i have NO idea what to get her!! shes outgoing and she has blonde hair lol. she has 2 kids. and her husband has 3. umm she has 3 ear piercings, and she had a belly and nose piercing. i HARDLY EVER get to see her like once every 2 months. we talk alot tho. any good ideas? thanks.

ok well i really like(d??) this guy and hes like my bestish friend and i didn't want him to know and i would talk to him about him ahha and he wouldn't know....untill recently...he found out and i was soo pissed at him cause he wouldnt talk to me and all this stuff and i was jus mad and felt like are friendship was done for...and i dont want that and yea i like him but i dont want to lose him and see he knows know that i like him and i hate the fact that he knows i really wish he didn't! and he was talking to one of my friends and was like yea i jus want to put this awkwardness away and be reallygood friends...ugh i want that too but i'm really just to afraid to talk to him and i dont want to lose him and i jus want to get over him in that...

Hey i was wondering if anyone knew of any good shampoos for curly hair. My hair is pretty soft but i want it to be really soft and for it to look soft and shiny. I tried dove and that works ok but if anyone knows of any good ones for curly hair..or just in general that'd great thnkx :-)

(i'm a junior girl, the guy in question is a senior) Okay, so i went out with this guy for 3 months a while back, but i dumped him over the summer. I did it for lots of reasons- bc i didnt really like him nemore, it was getting too serious for me(mentally, emotionally, and i was a liitle worried taht it would become too much sexually although i know i could say "no" at any time and he would have totally been ok with it.) anyways, i also kinda did it bc there was this other guy i kinda liked. On friday the school told the students what high school we were going to attend for out high school year and i was chosen to a Taylor high school i didnt expect because i alwayz though i was going to go to elsik high school but i got chosen for Taylor High school well all my friends are going to either Elsik or Hastings and im going to miss them terribly and i'm the only one out of them going to Taylor and i want to be with them but i cant because i need to get good grades and finish high school in a good school according to my parents well the thing is that im going to Taylor with one other real close friend of mine.
