Someone is bullying my friends

I have a large group of really close friends. Two who some would say are the most popular are starting to be really badly bullied by this jelous cow with no real friends. She has been being horrible to them for a long time, but now things are getting nasty. One of these two friends today got really badly shouted, e.c.t at, punched in the back ( which is really bad for her, as she has a bad spine and needs to wear a back brace) and her hair pulled so badly, I mean really pulled. In the shouting, she insulted her so much as well- calling her a jewish bitch and so on. guy trouble

Hi. I'm not sure what to do. I broke up with my boyfriend because he didn't call enough. Now I go out with another guy but when I talk to my ex I have second thoughts. I'm not sure what I should do. Dump my current for my ex, for hopes he'll go out with me. Or stay where I know he likes me??
(My ex told me he still likes me)

Motivation

I want to get fit. I'm currently thin but i'd like a flatter stomach and nicer thighs. I already know what workout routine i want to follow but i have a hard time following it. I just can't get motivated. What are good ways to motivate yourself and exercise everyday?

me and my boyfriend have been together on and off for about a year...and we're crazy about eachother we know everything there is to know about eachother well when he came over Sunday things went a little further than i wanted them to..so what i want to know is how do u know when ur cherry has popped,....how it gets popped and if it has to pop to be pregnant ...plz help im scared i might be pregnant!! thanks to anyone that helps!

Is it normal for a girl who doesn't have her period, but a stomach that hurts for almost no reason? I been doing sit-ups flat on my back and now whenever I stretch my stomach hurts. Its not like I'm hungry, its more like the skin that hurts. Is it normal?

well, about a year ago, i got hit by a car and broke my thigh bone, the doctor put two screws in it.. recently, the doctor told me i had to go into day sergery to get them out, i asked what it was, i he sed that you had to be awake throughout the whole entire thing! i got so scared... should i go though it, cuz he sed i have a choice, does it hurt alot?? help!

here it goes, my friend has always been nice to me, but after she she got this new group of friends... every time i come ova her house it's "Wanta invite my friend ova".when eva her friends are ova she's not herself anymore. i tryed to talk her about it but,now she thinks i hate her friends(which I do). anyway how can i keep my friendship and stil get time alone with my friend?!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sixteen years old, and I'm in a long distance relationship. (I'm a girl.) I mean long distance. I used to live in Mississippi, but my parents moved to California about a year ago. I met this guy through my sister, they were really good friends when we lived there, and we completely hit it off. We've been together for a year now, and I fly out there every chance I get. I'm a 15 yr old guy and my girlfriend and i were "dumped" by our former bf/gf and now they are together.....she is having a hard time getting over her ex and it's feeling pretty crowded in this relationship to me. Do you think it's normal for her to be really concerned with his pro and his away messages and who he's seeing and what he's sayin to his new gf? How can I help her get over him and concentrate on US?
