I want to get fit. I'm currently thin but i'd like a flatter stomach and nicer thighs. I already know what workout routine i want to follow but i have a hard time following it. I just can't get motivated. What are good ways to motivate yourself and exercise everyday?

It's not do I feel like it, its that I have to do it. Don't let yourself talk you out of it either. Like I would exercise in the morning so I would say ok 5 minutes of laying in bed and then I have to get up and start. It doesn't always work at first but afterawhile you'll start to enjoy doing it. Good luck with that!

Just have someone say something bad about you like "Oh, you need to exercise" or whatever and that you will get you motivated to exercise daily.
