Motivation

Question Posted Tuesday March 1 2005, 10:14 am

I want to get fit. I'm currently thin but i'd like a flatter stomach and nicer thighs. I already know what workout routine i want to follow but i have a hard time following it. I just can't get motivated. What are good ways to motivate yourself and exercise everyday?

I had that problem too, but what I decided to do was just tell myself, I didn't have a choice in the matter. It's not do I feel like it, its that I have to do it. Don't let yourself talk you out of it either. Like I would exercise in the morning so I would say ok 5 minutes of laying in bed and then I have to get up and start. It doesn't always work at first but afterawhile you'll start to enjoy doing it. Good luck with that!

Hope I helped!

You can tell yourself that if you don't workout that you will get bigger. That always helps me when I don't want to exercise. Just have someone say something bad about you like "Oh, you need to exercise" or whatever and that you will get you motivated to exercise daily.
