This is the thing. my friend recently had a cold sore. I've heard that the only way you can have a cold sore (even once) is if you have herpes. Does this mean that she has herpes? Answers would be greatly apreciated. Thanks. Will rate high.

i used to be a cutter right? And at some times i still am. I went through a lot in my childhood and am just recoving from a consequential 3 years of depression. But thats not the problem its this: i have this crazy compulsion with picking at my skin. it has nothing to do with cutting, and i dont think it has anything to do with depression. Like, i do it all the time, even when im happy. theres no emotion at all attached to it, except sum kind of bizzare need, i guess. i cant help it. i did it like a little bit before, but no its so much worse! once i start i cant tear myself away. i make myself bleed. i cause scars and i hate it. Does anybody know anything about this? Anything similar? Any ideas? i'll rate high for good answers.

Hey. My boyfriend is my best friend as well as my boyfriend. He was my best friend first, 4 years prior. My best friend and I have been friends for about 8 years and we go together like pb and j. Now I'm starting to feel jealous of her because she's got a lot more friends than me and I think she's a lot prettier and skinnier and funnier and all that. I know this may sound weird, but i'm a girl, and i like hanging out with boys more than I do girls. It just seems that theres always awkward silences and I don't know what to say with girls. With boys, I can just act like myself and whats on my mind around them. Its not that im not friends with girls, i actually do have alot. but its more fun with boys. should I try to hang out with my own sex more or is this ok??
