This is the thing. my friend recently had a cold sore. I've heard that the only way you can have a cold sore (even once) is if you have herpes. Does this mean that she has herpes? Answers would be greatly apreciated. Thanks. Will rate high.

cookierat123 answered Tuesday July 12 2005, 9:57 pm: no way! you can get a cold sore even if your as healthy as a horse. almost everyne gets them. dont worry about it. just make sure your friend doesnt kiss anyone bc your friend could give them a cold sore as well.
