no idea bout vitamin E buh i use garnier sleek nd shine nd my friend uses long nd strong, we both love our results, it smells great nd keeps hair reely, reely strong. duh longness part would kinuh depend on yhur hair itself, hers grows a bit fast now that she uses it or maybeeh i jes started noticing. <3

i used the shampoo for awhile and i noticed my hair did grow but it also got greasier more quickly

yea the garnier fructis long and strong helped my hair grow..it seemed to get longer fast so i had to go in and get it cut! so yea it worked for me..

People say all these things make your hair grow, but nothing can make your hair grow apparently. I in fact have been trying to grow my hair out, but the sad truth is that hair growth starts at the base of the hair follicle, wich is under the scalp. All the hair outside the scalp is dead. Anything applied to it won't help because its dead.

thats most likely just a scam for people to buy there product..you can try it but i dont think it will work

UM I DONT THINK THERES ANY SHAMPOO THAT WILL HELP YOUR HAIR GROW BUT THEY DO MAKE SHAMPOO TO MAKE YOUR HAIR STRONGER IM NOT SHURE ABOUT FRUCTIS BUT I HOPE I HELPD ♥
