Not really. Water is great for you!! HOWEVER, you CAN drink TOO much of it.. definitely; although it's VERY rare to drink a fatal amount. When this DOES happen though, it's called Hyponatremia. It is most common among those who take ecstasy and atheletes.
For more information on Hyponatremia, check out one of the following:

I heard a story a few years back about a girl who died as a result of Hyponatremia. I was devastated. Let's just say it seems like an unpleasent happening.

Honestly though, it's rare. The ONLY thing I will drink is water.. ONLY! I drink almost two entire gallons a day.. and I'm perfectly fine, so you really have no worries, Hun. :)

Yes. If you drink too much water, you dilute your bloodstream and you become anemic, even though you have the same amount of blood. So your complection will go fair and you could die if you don't take iron- what produces red blood cells.

Yes it is possible. And you could die. There was a kid on the news about this. I guess its just like that phrase " too much of a good thing can kill you"
well if your small [[maybe 4"11 and your 13..]] try haveing 4-5 glasses. And normally you drink 8 glasses a day. Dont try and force drinking 8 glasses at once, because then you'll have to go to the bathroom and your tummy will really hurt. It'll feel like you have to throw up !! [[i've tried and i will NEVER try again!!]]
Well i hope i helped you!!

Scribble answered Tuesday July 12 2005, 8:44 pm:
Too much water can mess up your kidneys (its common when people take extasy then drink too much water in a bid to stay hydrated). Having said that, you need to drink a LOT of water to cause kidney failure. Ask your doctor if you are unsure but i seriously doubt you have much to worry about. Be safe.

Supriseingly yes! I forget what can happen but it can be dangerous! It is pretty hard to over drink in water though!
