I heard a story a few years back about a girl who died as a result of Hyponatremia. I was devastated. Let's just say it seems like an unpleasent happening.

well if your small [[maybe 4"11 and your 13..]] try haveing 4-5 glasses. And normally you drink 8 glasses a day. Dont try and force drinking 8 glasses at once,because then you'll have to go to the bathroom and your tummy will really hurt. It'll feel like you have to throw up !! [[i've tried and i will NEVER try again!!]]

Scribble answered Tuesday July 12 2005, 8:44 pm: Too much water can mess up your kidneys (its common when people take extasy then drink too much water in a bid to stay hydrated). Having said that, you need to drink a LOT of water to cause kidney failure. Ask your doctor if you are unsure but i seriously doubt you have much to worry about. Be safe. Kr4z3y_Ch3lly answered Tuesday July 12 2005, 8:42 pm: yea..you could die from drinking to much water..like if you drink a bunch in one day you could die. i dont know how cause i thought water was good for you but i found out at the doctors the other day lol i was like woa that weird! but yea..the most you should drink in one day is 10 bottles of water so thats 20 glasses..yea thats a lot haha but you dont HAVE to drink that much but thats wat they recomend to stay healthy!
