BABYSITTING FLYERS
I'm 15/F turning 16 in october. I'm desperate to get a babysitting job, so my cousin told me to make flyers to put around my neighborhood.
What should kind of information should I put on the flyer, like my name and phone number.
How should I decorate it and what additional information should I add?
Lastly, what SHOULDN'T I put on my flyer?

You should put your experiances, what you can do with the children, the ages of the children you can care for, if you can cook or clean a little, your rates, CPR certifications and or First Aid certifications, where you would be babysitting (like there home or your own). You should decorate with teddy bears, pictures of little kids, and so on. You shouldnt put your address or any personally information on the flyer (other than a phone number/email so they can contact you). You should put your age as well and some other things that qualify you as a good babysitter.

Hi you should first take a babysitting class or something i mean,have you ever takin care of children?its hard work.and i think you would feel more comfotable if you took care of your aunts or cousins children or another family members. if you are deciding to put flyer up INFO:Put in cute big bold lettters baysitting or childcare.you also need to put how old the children need to be.and where you babysit them needs to be safr so put that it safe and fun to stay a.then for decorations i would get blue and pink paper for the flyers.you can also put stickers of babies & teddy bears.oh and yes JUST put your phone #.Good luck bcuz people mostly look for older babysitters.but if you are mature then i guess you would your friend gabby

What you shouldn't put on your flier: Your name, your age, or any personal information (besides your phone number).
It's best not to hang fliers on the street, etc... Find bulletin boards at the grocery store, doctors office, etc...

Put your name, age, phone number, and what ages you baby-sit (example: ages 2-10). Don't ever give your address, because random strangers read those fliers. Post the fliers at your school, church, and neighborhood.
Color your flier with bold markers and crayons. Do dark colors because yellow and orange are colors that no one can read when they're driving past them.

On your flyer you should put your name, age, your number/contact information, and if you already have been in a situation where you had to watch over or supervise kids you should add that and other experiences that youve had working with kids. you could also add things like you are doing well in school and other things that would persude your future customers that you would be good for babysitting your kids. a cute decorating idea is to have a border or baby/ kid stuff like toys, bottles, rattles, or building blocks. what you shouldnt put on your flyer is any info that would make parents not want to babysit for their kids.

well you should probably put the age of the children you are willing to watch. if you have certain ages that is. and you should put how often you are free to babysit. like monday-friday or just anytime. umm put like, toys...not all baby ones cuz then people will think you won't babysit like there 10 year olds or something. so yea, and make it a noticable color. put your age so they know its not some little 12 year old trying to babysit. and if you have had some experience in babysitting you might want to let them know that. and DEFENITLY make your phone number big on there so its easy to see.

You should put things like your name (first & maybe last, kinda depends on if you live in a small town where everyone already knows you or a bigger city), your phone number, any qualificatons (babysitting classes you have taken), when your available, & how much you charge. I wouldnt put your address on the flyer. Also, try to make the flyer look nice, dont go putting tons of stickers & things that will make you look like your eleven years old. Hope I helped!!

Well, put your name and number. Put that you love kids, and your experience with them. Put a picture of you and some neighborhood kids, or your little cousins, preferably helping them. (make your poster a bright color too) Also, don't put how much you charge, or your address. I would advise putting BABYSITTER in really awesome print, or LOOK HERE, because that always catches people's attention :]

OK. I was the same way! What I did was put my name on the top and said do you need a babysitter? THen call (my number) and then said call me for any questiopns that you might have. Try that. And tell me ow it goes.

Put info on your age and experience. Also, if you are CPR certified or have taken any training classes, post that. Anything that makes their children safer appeals to parents.

well yhu want tha "customers" to notice yhur creativity nd knowledge so seem smart buh at tha same time put in a few bright colors so they noe there kids will hav fun. i suggest making a flyer saying wuht yhu want it to saii in a plain font buh colorful nd then starred border nd at tha bottom write yhur number on a few strips nd cutt tha sides so they kan pull one nd hav it. try to do different, vibrant colors on tha number too.

DONT INCLUDE-this is ovious but dont include--That you have a boyfriend to help you,had problems with children.
I think you should put a bright pink or bright yellow for the color of the flyer [[the paper color]]So people will notice it. Post it in stores and notice boards and more. I hope you get to baby sit soon!

You should buy some bright colored paper so your flyers stand out to people looking at them. You should definatly put your name, phone number, best times to reach you, and what your qualifications are. You probably shouldn't put your address or a picture of yourself on the flyer because that's just kinda dangerous in this day an age. You don't want a child molester knowing where you live and what you look like.

make sure you say you have some expirience even if its like only watching a cousin while your whole family is around. say you are reliable and love kids. also say you have a reasonable rate just dont but the exact rate on there cause some people will want to pay you more if they dont no what u charge ex u were gonna but $5 on the flyer but they want to pay you $8 and didnt no you were gonna say 5

Decorations? Just maybe put it in color, nothing to big and nothing thats like over decorated, but something that will catch your attention. When you have your numbers put them at the side or bottom of the page, and cut on the sides of them so someone that is just walking by and sees the fly could rip of ONE of the numbers. hope that makes sence, um the donts:

i made baby sitting flyers like in the fall and i got 2 jobs i made my on the comptuer and at the top it said looking for a babysiter then it had clipart [[a botel and a passafire]] then it had bullet points never put the price

You basically want to say you're a responsible 15 year old available to babysit. Also put things like your phone number and name. If it's possible, try and take a Red Cross babysitting course if you haven't already. That would be a definite plus to put on the flyer. I don't really know of anything you shouldn't put on it.. You should just put the basics for now.
Try and make it bright, yet still readable. Make sure the font is big enough for everyone to read.

you've got to make them want a babysitter...yes phone and name are needed but put something like....want to get out? have some time away from the kids just for you? for t that romantic dinner or stuff like that....make them want to get out....usually putting your fee on there isnt the best idea and make sure its white but it can have a border and the font is dark enough for someone to read. you've got to remember older people read it to and yellow font on white paper isnt all that

I think you should put flyers up. Its a good idea and a lot more people will know about you. You need to put your name, age, make sure you put you are good with kids with any age, responsible, your number. You should also make it coloful because it brings more attention and put a couple pictures of clip art. [[ ♥♥ ]]
