Geocities PageBuilder?

I went to www.geocities.com to create a site, and then we went to Pagebuilder "help" and it said the minimum System requirement was 133MHz Pentium. What does that stand for? And also, can someone recommend another website-making site that's user-friendly, free, and doesn't require a lot of system stuff?

ok i like this guy and have 4 over 2 years and he is going out with this girl(i asked him out for hercause Thought she was my friend) but he only feels sorry for her. then she started sayin all this stuff about me 2 him and wen we were running in PE he asked me and i said no and my friend called him and told me that he said that he didnt really like her and all and that he didnt like hr friends either that they were 2 preppy and that he liked nicer more laid back girls but last year we hated each other (i just played along i dont know if he did 2) and now im dreamin about him and thinking about him and i cant stop (im 13 by the way) and whenever i call him a jerk or insult him he always smiles.
and no one but me and two of ...

i was wondering if anyone had any good ideas for a sweet 16 party. i have a little bit of money to spend but not to to much. i want something for a small group of girls thats not to expensive and is fun for everyone ( i have some non girly girl) friends. also its going to be in the evening/night if that rules anything out and i dont really want a sleep over

There is this one guy I REALLY like and he likes me too. Part of me wants to just ask him out cause I KNOW i like him. But, Part of me wants him to ask me. We are BEST friends and right now I feel like I can tell him ANYTHING. So I'm kind of confused on if I want him to be more than we are? Or if I should just ask him out? Or how can I get him to ask me out? Or what do you guys think?

Can someone please help me? Preferably someone who knows what they're talking about. OK, I have this rash thing on my neck and arms, and I have no idea where it comes from. I have it for a while, then it goes away, and it comes back again! It doesn't really itch that much or anything, but my arms get all red and bumpy. Picture day is in 2 more days, so is there anyway I can make it go away or cover it? Thanks!

i know this is a weird question but i really want to start using a tampon. i cant seem to find where on my vagina it goes into though, i dont know which hole. and everywhre i try it only goes in just a tiny bit. any adivce on how to find it? and how to insert it?

Ok..This starts out back when i was 11, i'm 13, gunna be 14 in december now. i play soccer, and when i was 11 i played in a fall house league, it was co-ed..there was this guy on the team that was, i guess you could say really ugly. but i still kinda had feelings for him. we didn't necessarily get along, we always competed with eachother..and back then, i finally stopped this year, i was like really mean, i couldnt help it or anything..well after that season i didnt see him again until this year at the end of school. i joined his guys travel soccer team..there was one other girl on the team but no1 liked her to be honest..and this guy that i liked was going out with some girl but liked me, so he broke up with her for me and we were going o...

Iam 13 and my Dad still doesnt know I know about sex. Im not even sure he knows Ive started my period.(I live with him but I go shopping for stuff like that when I go to my moms)How can I tell him. I already feel uncomfortable around him enough. And to know he knows all this stuff that ive known for so long and didnt tell him makes me feel weird. How do I brake the news???

I painted my room lime green and it looks great but I wanted to know if anyone has ever had a room painted black before. I'm goth and i want to paint my room black with lime green acscents.

I am 13/f and am in the 8th grade. Im not really skinny but medium. I have never been asked out by a guy and I dont really want a bf but I want to be liked. I play sports and am kind uf tomboyish. Also usually I panick if I find out I guy just likes me a little and say something mean. How should I handle a guy that like me w/o bursting on him, is it bad ive never had a bf or been asked out, and should I be more girlish?

hey - ok - you know how they have thopse slim-fast meal bars for like 220 cals? how can such a little bar like that fill you up?! the size of it is so small - how is that supposed to keep you full for like 5 hours?! i heard that there is like pellets in it that expand in your stomach that keep you full but i don't know if thats true! anyone know?

verizon / text messages

i have a verizon cell phone. i DONT have free/unlimited text messages. and im not allowed to text or receive texts because my parents say it "costs soooo much money" well how exactly does it cost? cause i just sent about 10 and my boyfriend replied about 10.
also, is texting part of free nights and weekends? if so, im good.
