ok well in my daily workouts i do lots of situps. I know they suck but they do work. Do atleast 50 in the morning and 50 before bed. That works but not as good as working out and doing 100 situps and then laying on one side and doing 100 then switch to the other side and repeat. If you do that everyday for a month you will really see some improvments. But dont stop at a month.. if you really wanna look good do workouts three times a week and check out how great you will look!
i hope i helped you out
Ash

to fight off the fat try::
-crunches
-pilotes
lay on your back and with your hands by your sides lift your head up just so you can see your stomach and lift you legs just above the floor by like a foot and count to 100
-leg lifts
lay on your back and just lift you legs up and down and try to hold it
-bicycle crunch
lay on your back and then prop you upper body up and lean on your elbows and lift your legs up a little from the floor then bring one knee in and then the other keep doing this slowly and you*ll feel it in you abs
also try seeing if you can get an excersise ball or the ab roller which can get mostly anywhere
do a little more each day and you will see results in a week or 2
good luck!!*

Hi. Running takes off ALL FAT! lots of tummy fat too. Walking helps you on your tummy and your waist too. If you walk everyday for an hour and not eat fast food you will notice results pretty quick!! There's another excercise where you fold your arms a bit below shoulder's lenght and twist your waist to the left and then to the right, and that one is works pretty well also. Well good luck! (seriously, the walking worked for me REALLY fast, you just have to make it a regular thing, like 5 days a week, i personally did it after school, walking home). Good luck!
