ok well in my daily workouts i do lots of situps. I know they suck but they do work. Do atleast 50 in the morning and 50 before bed. That works but not as good as working out and doing 100 situps and then laying on one side and doing 100 then switch to the other side and repeat. If you do that everyday for a month you will really see some improvments. But dont stop at a month.. if you really wanna look good do workouts three times a week and check out how great you will look!

ok... like i was supposed to get my period like last week. but ididn't yet. i have my doctors appointment september1. and my mom said that i have to tell tehm the truth of when i got it. but my mom like never believes me so she thinks i already got it but i never did. so like she said if i never got it. and i tell them that that they have to run tests on me. is that true? because i never did get it yet this month. and i am scared. like i got it in march. like don't say like "oh don't say that you are no0t on your origional track yet. but my mom doesn't believe thast happens. so like what should i do. im so confused. what are the tests.... and like i don't know. i am so confused. like i can't remember when my last period was so i can't tell them that. so.. what do i do?

ok well i know you're nervous. But if you just started your period or you've only had your period a couple times your period isnt going to be on schedule. It's just not meant to be that way. After you've had your period for atleast a year then they get into that kind of path like once a month every month around the same time. People do not run tests on you unless you ask them to or they think something is wrong. Trust me nothing is wrong. I got my period in january and i didnt get it again till four months latter its not a big deal. Your mother should stop scaring you with all of that test crap because when you go to your doctors all you have to say is the last time i got my period was around _____ and you fill in the blank.

Ok, so here's the deal, I have this REALLY good guy friend, I mean he's like my best friend. Well, he just recently broke up with his girlfriend, and it looks like they aren't gonna get back together like he wants to.Well... I have started kinda liking him. Well, last night, me and two of my other friends went over to his house while one of his other friends was there. Well, he kept flirting withme, and like touching me and stuff,then I was like "Let's play truth or dare" and he goes "I dare myself to have 7 minutes in heaven with -my name-" so, I kinda just laughed.. but, he was serious, and so was everybody else in the room. So, we go in the closet, and they shut us in. Well, I didn't think he liked me, and I didn't think anything would happen. Then, he started touchingme, and like pullin me closer, and we starting kissing (this was my first kiss),then we started making out and he was like touching my butt and everything. Then, we get out of the closet, when our time is up, and a little while later he started talkin to his friend privately, and I found out that he told his friend that he was gonna ask me out. Then, we went back in the closet for a few more minutes.. and that was it. But, I'm so confused, cause this was last night, and he hasn't asked me out, and he has said a few things about his ex-girlfriend. I don't know what to think.. and I feel so crappy cause I really dolike him alot.. and I just wish he would ask me out. Sorry this was so long, but if anybody has any advice it would be greatly appreciated, and I'll rate 5's. Thanks. (link)

Well i was sort of in a situation like this once. Me and my best friend tried to make that type of thing work but it didnt end up working out and im lucky we are still such good friends because breaking up can really hurt your relationship with people. I think this guy still has feelings for his other girlfriend if he is talking about her after they broke up. He might just be vulnerable and wants to feel good about himself. So it's possible that he's just looking to you for comfort. Or me might like you. If you like him but you dont want to be used then if he does eventually ask him out let him know you would like to wait. Tell him the truth. You want to know it's real.

Hi everyone. 16/f.
There's this guy who I know from an extracurriculur (that's a hard one to spell) drama class. We never get to talk in class much, but I had to give him my email as he had to email me a script he'd wrote 9and he didn't have enough copies) Well, he emailed me almost immediately and told me he couldn't get the script until he went to his dads place, and then he started asking me all these questions about myself. Well, we've been emailing back and forth quite a bit.. and now I'm not used where to go from here. He's a bit older than me.. 19 turning 20.. but I can't help but hope he's somewhat interested. What should I do now? Just keep going as it is or make a subtle move? And do you think he's just being friendly or there's something there?

i dont think he was just being friendly. When guys start asking questions it usually means they're interested in you. I think you should get to know him better .. why not ask him to go to get a cup of coffe? Or even just meet up and talk somewhere. I dont think the age is that big of a deal unless you're not feeling comfortable around him. Like something isnt right. Then just go with your feeling and just stay friends. There are alot of messed up people out there ..

Ok, So like 3 nites aqo i went to the bathroom & there was blood on my underwear .. so i told my mom blah blah blah and shez like its your period .. [ 1st time ] and then i didnt bleed anymore at all .. but the day before that my stomache was makin werid noises [ NEVER D0ES ] && i had discharqe .. i still have discharqe but no blood .. i had cramps the next day and i felt bloated and all the symtomps BUT no more accually blood .. so do i have it or not ?? when you get you're period the first couple of times it's wierd because sometimes its really heavy and other times its so light you can barely see it.. If there was blood the first time then you did get your period. The first time i got mine it was hard but the next day it was really light and i didnt get the next one for four months. So also dont worry if it comes late or ealry because your periods are inconsistent when they first begin.
