[ 1st time ] and then i didnt bleed anymore at all .. but the day before that my stomache was makin werid noises [ NEVER D0ES ] && i had discharqe .. i still have discharqe but no blood .. i had cramps the next day and i felt bloated and all the symtomps BUT no more accually blood .. so do i have it or not ??
Sometimes your first period will be really light, and may only last a little while. It might look similar to discharge becacuse it is so light. Some girls' first period is heavy and lasts for five or more days.
You might have cramps every time you have your period, that's just part of it. I do, and there's not much you can do about it besides take some Midol (or ibuprofen / Advil) and a heating pad. During your period stay fairly active. Do something active for at least 20 minutes per day. This will help relieve tension, bloating and cramps. Also stay away from caffine, this will help keep cramps down.

If there was blood the first time then you did get your period. The first time i got mine it was hard but the next day it was really light and i didnt get the next one for four months. So also dont worry if it comes late or ealry because your periods are inconsistent when they first begin. [ miZzhOllistermOdelX3's advice column | Ask miZzhOllistermOdelX3 A Question ]
Emily88 answered Sunday August 21 2005, 2:00 pm: when you first get it its very unconsistent. like you could get it for about three days and never have it again for another 3 months or you could have it every 2 weeks. but after about a year or so it will start to get more consistant and pretty soon you'll know just about the time when it comes so you can be prepared for it.
