rash

Question Posted Saturday August 20 2005, 8:02 pm

Can someone please help me? Preferably someone who knows what they're talking about. OK, I have this rash thing on my neck and arms, and I have no idea where it comes from. I have it for a while, then it goes away, and it comes back again! It doesn't really itch that much or anything, but my arms get all red and bumpy. Picture day is in 2 more days, so is there anyway I can make it go away or cover it? Thanks!

It could be any number of things, the heat can give you a rash, dry skin, or what I get sometimes are boredom rashes, my skin will develop rashy blotches when my mind has time to wander. A tall neck or turtle neck sweater will cover it up, while adding that perfect bit of classy fashion for your picture. Not to sound gay..... Anyway, try using Hydrocortizone, it works well on rashes, and if that doesn't work switch body washes, sometimes people have mild allergies to certain chemicals in certains brands of body wash, detergents, or shampoos. Its normal, I wouldn't worry TOO much about it. Keep cool, try a new body wash, apply anti itch cream, and if all else fails, go for the sweater. Good luck, hope your picture comes out great.
