I have those exact colors. I looks awesome, especially with a black light. Keep the green accessories kind of random. For example, don't use an entirely green bed set. If you can find it, use one that is mostly black with a few small green designs, and then throw in a few green pillows.

It looks really cool.

I've never painted a room black, but the darker the color you paint a room, the smaller your room looks. A dark color is great for a BIG bedroom, but might be ... constricting in a small bedroom. I know a girl whose bedroom is dark purple. Her bedroom is small, but it looks tiny with the dark walls. But, because you're accenting it with lime green, perhaps the room wouldn't look so small. A black room with lime green accents sounds really cool. Freaking awesome.

Do you what you want to your room (within reason), and keep in mind that a dark color makes the room appear smaller, but it will also help you sleep better. If you have a lighter colored room, though there isn't much light, it is reflected off of the light color and makes the room seem brighter at night. Perhaps this isn't so with bright colors? But it is with soft pastel-ish colors. Black walls, green trim, black doors, green crown molding... that would be cool. Except, if I did my room any way I wanted, it would be black and red. :-)
