ohkay, so im like a reeeaalllly slow runner when it comes to ... running? i get 12 minutes on my miles and i dont know what im doing wrong. i weigh 110lbs. im not fat but not stickly skinny. can anyone tell me how i can run faster and make it easier for me to run without getting tired?

What does "pop your cherry" mean? Like I know it has something to do with a hymen...what I'm not exactly sure what a hymen is!! Like does it just happen when you put something...up there? Does it hurt? Like what IS it? And is that a way someone can tell if your a virgin or not?? and i rate.

okay, well my friend got fingered for the first time the other day and now she's been worrying about it. she think's that she is pregnant but i'm telling her that she can't be because it's totally impossible because she didn't have sex or anything. and she hasn't gotten her period and she's 2weeks late. i told her that i think it's because she doesn't have a regular period, because she hasn't had it for over 2years and normally that's when it starts getting regular. her boyfriend only fingered her, she didn't do anything to him so i'm really not sure what to tell her except that she isn't pregnant. what do you guys think?
PS. when she got fingered after she bled alittle, and i told her that maybe he scratched her or something because you never know.

Why do I feel so "fat"?

Sometimes... I feel so chubby.
Well, like most young teenagers, I'm obsessed with my weight and staying healthy. Actually, it's not exactly my weight... It's just that I look kind of fat. I'm 14 years old... I stand at 5' 1" and I weigh just about 105 pounds... I never thought that I was over-weight (but am I?)... It's just I look fatter than how much I really weigh. Is that even normal? Does that even make sense?(o.O) My friends are always telling me I look fine and that I'm "skinny" but I know they're just saying that so I won't feel bad. A lot of my friends weigh more than me and are taller than me... but they look more... normal. Sometimes I just think I'm insecure... or something... Should I exercise more ...

Weight loss & exercise & eating!

i'm currently changed my eating habbits. I now eat breakfast, pack my lunch (instead of eating the schools groce lunch), and for dinner i try to eat something kinda heatlhy.
ALso, on monday i startred the biggest loser dvd, it has a 6 week plan. Also i do the gazelle, lift weights(mialy legs now bc of the BL dvd), and I walk on the tread mill alot.
what are good choices for lunch & breakfast?
i usually, for breakfast, have like whole wheat cereal (yummy) or a bagel ( not heatlhy i know ) and kinda weird things.
for lunch i have like a sandwich w/turkey or chicken. sunships, nature valley bars, banana, yogurt, apple sause and other sorts of things <-- those are examples

way too much food

16/f. ok so since about january i have been watching my weight. (working out, eating right.) it really worked because i was 119 pounds. all of a sudden, starting about 2 weeks ago, i just started pigging out and it was like a couldnt control myself. i eat when im not hungry and i havent been exercising as much. i gained 8 pounds. its terrible. what can i do to stop this and get motivated to lose weight again?

where to get the right bra?

I can wear 32A or 32B, but most stores don't carry size 32, they usually start at 34. Does anyone know where I can get a nice push-up, cleavage-enhancing, curve-enhancing bra in size 32A or 32B for under $30? I've tried Target, Kohls, and Macy's, but I didn't find any I liked. and I'm pretty sure Victoria's Secret bras start at size 34. Any help would be much appreciated :)

sorry if this is long but anyone who can help me , it would be greatly apprecaited. Alright so it all started out when his boy moved away. but he moved back this year around like julyish and everyone was like curious of what would happen when there family moved back. Like would the old "groups' go back would everhthing be the same. So i made a promise to my friend that i would never ditch her for him. So everything was going good. I liked him right away when he got back and more than a friend but i didnt start hanging out with him till haloween. And as i started hanging out with him , i drifted away from everyone else. OK...soo well i've always been pretty close with my boyfriends mom. and well now i dont know what to think. she's never really seen me and her son do anything. but last night she saw me on top of him making out in the hottub...and i dont know whatelse she saw.
is there anything i can do that would hopefully make her not think im a slut and stuff like that? becuase right now she donest think to highly of me
