16/f. ok so since about january i have been watching my weight. (working out, eating right.) it really worked because i was 119 pounds. all of a sudden, starting about 2 weeks ago, i just started pigging out and it was like a couldnt control myself. i eat when im not hungry and i havent been exercising as much. i gained 8 pounds. its terrible. what can i do to stop this and get motivated to lose weight again?

Except she printed off a picture of a fat person and taped it on there. I know it's kind of mean.. but she stopped eating the food when she went near it because she didn't want to end up like that. Also you could try working out and all the exercise stuff. And I have had to take neutrition pills before that help balance your diet.. and whenever I was on them I wasn't tempted at all to eat junk food. Don't take them though unless your doctor says it's ok though. [ lxlSammlxl's advice column | Ask lxlSammlxl A Question ]
