okk well...sometimes in like the mornings you should run so you get use to it. and once you start running just keep running like focus at something in the distance because once you stop its harder for you to keep going. if you go out in the mornings then you will get faster and more in shape. hope i helped =]

Just keep working at it, you'll slowly (but safely) get better at it. Muscles build up like that...

Its called endurance. If you exercise alot you build endurance which enables you to run distances and for a long time without getting tired. You just basically have to build it up. If its really a concern for you then run maybe 10 minutes a day, and then increase it by the weeks or the monthes, and it will enable you to run for a while =D.

It doesn't matter how how much you way or your body figure. it depends on how much/which carbs, vitamins, and all those nutrients you consume. if you're healthy, you won't have any trouble breathing and you wont run out of breath as fast as an unhealthy person would. just adjust to a healthy eating plan.

Try starting small. Here's a sample schedule for you. Don't follow it to the letter though, adjust it to fit what you want to and are able to do.

Week 1-2:
2 quarter miles with 10 min. rest in between
goal: under 1 min 30 sec each

Week 3-4:
1 quarter mile, 1 half mile with 15 min. rest in between
goal: 3 min half mile, 1 min 20 sec quarter mile

Week 5-6:
2 half miles with 20 min. rest in between
goal: 3 min. each

Week 7:
1 mile
goal: 7-8 min.

Another route you can take is starting big.

Week 1-2:
2 mile
goal: 20 min

Week 3-4:
2 mile
goal: 18 min

Week 5-6:
2 mile
goal: 16 min

Week 7:
mile
goal 7-8 min

Remember that it is very important to STRETCH. Stretch a lot before and after your workout. It's also important to warm up and cool down. Jog around a little to loosen up before you begin. Remember also, that it's not going to happen overnight. You need to be patient and dedicated. The best thing that you can do is join your school's track team. That way you don't have to make up a schedule or work to stick with it. Your coach will do all of that for you. I used to be terribly slow and after joining track I got to be pretty darn fast and still am. Anyways I hope that I helped you and good luck! :)

Run more often. The more you run, the easier it will be. Pretty soon you'll be running fast miles and not even noticing it.

The only thing you can do is push yourself harder. You need to build up your endurance.

you cant suddenly make yourself run faster..it in your genes. my family, happens to be a fast family. me & my siblings can run 6 minute miles. Because its genetics. You need to be in awesome shape to run fast without getting too tired. That means doing biking, running, various excersizes 3 or four times a week. you need to train. You could also get different types of shoes. Theyre called Flats. They cut down on your running time. just remember that there isnt much you can do about your speed. your born with it < 3
