Hi, I'm Michelle, but I have numerous strange nicknames, most commonly the name of my twin sister. I'm 16, and I'm a sophamore at San Mateo High. I speak French fluently, but I find almost no opportunities to use it in America.

theres this dance at schoo and these two girls who like me im afraid are going to ask me to dance with them.i really rather wouldnt dance with them but i want to go to the dance. any advice to help me avoid them?

Just say no, if you dislike them that much that you fret dancing with them then hurting their feelings with a two letter word shouldn't be a bother.

A professional is best, but my friend pierced his girlfriends bellybutton with a needle, you just need to burn it over a flame firt to keep from getting infected.

ohkay, so im like a reeeaalllly slow runner when it comes to ... running? i get 12 minutes on my miles and i dont know what im doing wrong. i weigh 110lbs. im not fat but not stickly skinny. can anyone tell me how i can run faster and make it easier for me to run without getting tired?

The only thing you can do is push yourself harder. You need to build up your endurance.

Well i sweat a whole lot. like a WHOLE lot.. even in the winter i have wet under arm rings and i dont know what to do about it.. i use deoderant but it doesnt really help.. is there anything i can do? any tips?

My friend had the same problem. She got this prescription crap and it worked really well. I think it was called hypercare. Apparently it worked after one day.

Ok guys I really want to know what the movie was called... It was on vh1 in 1998-9 and it was about a girl that was a hippie way back when and she sang or soemthing. she got into a crash and was in a coma. I just found out that my brother and his serious girlfriend of 2 years just broke up. I found out from her not him; he hasn't even mentioned anything about it yet. Idk how to handle this. Hes my big brother and I want to protect him. I wanna hate her for breaking his heart; but she was practicly my older sister. I dont know what to do; He doesnt seem very sad, but he could be just bottling it up. I wanna comfort him but idk if he wants me to know, i Dont think my parents know either.

what should i do?

You should just go with the motions. If he is having issues with it than talk to him about it, but other than that it's better to just leave the whole situation alone.

whats it mean when your boyfriend accidentally calls you someone else? like today my boyfriend did that.. he called me one of his friends name (female). i dont really think anything bad of it though i dont guess because they never really hang out.. they just talk sometimes at school. i was just wondering opinions.. is that bad he did that or do things just happen? does it mean he likes her? it only happened just this one time today and we've been dating like a month..

Well.. I start learning how to play the drums in late November.. The thing is.. Well.. i'm not exactly talented at it.. but I'm alright I suppose. The thing is, I just want to know if I'm at least learning things at a decent speed.. I don't know how to find out, though. Doing a one hour lesson week, and now being able to play both basic rock beats.. is that an average learning speed or below/higher? This isn't an easy question I guess but I'd really appreciate if the rest of you drummers out there would answer. Thanks in advance

you don't need to be a prodigy, just practice, it took my sister 4 years to become really good, so just kkep practicing.

Ok, so um...here's the point:
My nipples look like their all bruised and they hurt when something lightly touches them.I know this is disgusting but I'm kinda worried about it. If this is any help, they didn't "grow" yet.

Since you said they haven't "grown" yet, they probably are now, they also can get tender durring their development, but it's not perminant.

Ok im 14/f... &i have been hearing alot of things about sex. I know I'm going to have it sooner or later but Im scared... does it hurt?
Thats the most thing I'm scared about if it hurts... I don't want it to.. can someone explain to me how loosing your virginty feels=/

It only hurts a little bit and only for a little while, but it is different for everone. Two of my friends, for example, had completely different experiences, one said that her first time was fine and didn't hurt, and another said it was terrible, it all depends on you and your partner. Medically, most of the pain is when your hymen is broken due to the fact that it is skin being punctured, and depending on you that could be the only pain you feel.

okay, well my friend got fingered for the first time the other day and now she's been worrying about it. she think's that she is pregnant but i'm telling her that she can't be because it's totally impossible because she didn't have sex or anything. and she hasn't gotten her period and she's 2weeks late. i told her that i think it's because she doesn't have a regular period, because she hasn't had it for over 2years and normally that's when it starts getting regular. her boyfriend only fingered her, she didn't do anything to him so i'm really not sure what to tell her except that she isn't pregnant. what do you guys think?

PS. when she got fingered after she bled alittle, and i told her that maybe he scratched her or something because you never know.

She is not pregnant, she is probably just unsettled because it was the first time her boyfriend did that. The blood was probably her hymen, I doubt if he scratched her.

What do you think is the average age to get your first kiss?

There isn't really any average, it all just depends on you. Everyone gets kissed at different ages, pour example, my twin got kissed when she was 12, but my cousin didn't get kissed until she was 18, it all just depends on the person.
