ok well every month when i get my period i get EXTREMELY sick. I'm talking the works. I throw up almost everytime more than once and have killer killer cramps. I must have tried every medicine there is out there. I know people say to take it the night before but I never have any idea when its coming because im still irregular. I have to stay home at least one day from school every month and i cant take it anymore. Does anyone know any way to stop this, anything would be appreciated.

Go to your doctors or a gynocologist... you can get a birth control that will regulate your periods and it will help with the severity of the cramps... I'm on sesonal and it really tones down the cramps, plus you'll only get your period 4 times a year... I also use LiQuid Adult tyenol... it doesn't help with bloating but it takes the cramps away...

Ok well I am depressed and have started becoming anerxic over it. It all started with my bf {of course a guy lol}, anyway he loved his ex gf, {but he doesnt now and broke it off with her and is now with me} and he keeps giving me compliments he gave her and idk if their genuine he says they are, but why would he give me the exact same ones! I find it pathetic. Then, after I talk about this we get in a small fight and make up well then he went to the movies alone with two girls, one he dated! I wasnt even invited or told about it, oh and since I found this out I've been trying to call, but hmmm seams he doesn't know how to call someone back! Anyway I don't wanna get used by this guy what should I do, cause I really love him and don't understand why'd he'd rather go alone with those two girls and not me and is avoiding me. okay i have longish red hair and have been wanting to dye it for the past like 4 years and i've highlighted it, put in lowlights and finally come to the conclusion that i just need to dye it a different color all together.. i tried asking my friends what color i should dye it and they all say "don't dye your hair! its such a pretty color!" but i dont like it and i think its more important for me to like my hair than other people.... anyways enough blabber...
i have light skin with freckles and greenish blue eyes, and i have not the slightest clue of what color to dye it and i need help deciding what would look best on me

Im a natural red head.. i wanna dye my hair to and my friends are always like don't dye it is soo pretty....... i'd have to say prolly Caribbean Carmel.. its a brown color but it gives little red highlights...its really cute and it does look good with pale skin and freckles...

My sister got her belly button pierced.. and she happens to be the Biggest baby and has the Lowest pain tolerence EVER.. and all she said was ow.. then laughed about it.. but as most other people say depends on your tolerence.. it also depends on how expiercenced your piercer is.. if they have done it for a while their more confident so it'll be easier for them...

sorry about spelling, but I am really considering getting my cartilage (spelling?) pierced around my birthday day (July 1st) and I know this is a stupid question but how bad does it really hurt, and I don't really remember getting my ears pierced because I was young. I have 10 piercings.. 3 which are in the Cartilidge area... it really doesn't hurt that bad... yes its a little sting thats it.. you have to keep it in 6 to 8 weeks... I advise you to only do one side at a time.. and do the side you don't sleep on 1st because when you lay on the piercing it moves and it scrapes the inside of the piercing to create a more tender area that takes longer to heal... when you get your cartlidge done its basically a situation you have to keep it because when its pierced it forces the skin into the back of the ear to create a bump and it will be there for basically ever..

My boyfriend of two years is really starting to annoy me. I love him to death but hes ready to settle down and i dont think im ready. Well the next time he asks you to marry him.. tell him your only 15 and not ready for that commitment, but reinsure him that you do love him.. and the next time you hang out.. talk to him about the jealousy, it probally will get worse... and about the telling without hurting him.. i don't think theres a way to tell him without hurting him a little..

My little 3 year old cousin lives with me and every weekend on Saturday and sometimes Friday i have to babysit from 6 to whenever his mom comes home. My mom is the one that is supposed to babysit but she likes to get out the house on the weekends to. His mom will not even offer to pay and i do this every weekend. And i dont ever come out and tell her she should pay me but i've hinted to it before. And we keep him everyday when she works and she never offers to pay any of us. And im tired of doin this on the weekend when i want to hang out with friends to.I love babysitting and i love my little cousin but i cant do this all the time. I buy him food and when i go riding on the weekends i get him something to eat and drink at the store and all that stuff. And as some of you may know its hard to keep a 3 year old sometimes. and i dunno what to do about it!! (link)

Confront your mom and his mom.. Tell them that you need time to yourself.. that you love watching him.. but you need time to hang out with your friends... and tell them when you do watch him.. since you buy him things you should be payed.. just be confident and tell them what you think about the situation!

Ok so here it goes this may be long and im sorry if it is. Ok Im 15/f and my boyfriend and i have been going together off-and-on for almost 2 years now. I love him soo much i just cant seem to get him out of my mind.The last time we broke up was the worse,and i started dating other people well about 4 months later so did he and it really hurt me alot. Well we actually stopped talking and i lost my bestfriend of 11 years over it. Well a few months past and we still didnt talk and he finally called me oneday and we started talking again but i had a boyfriend. I finally broke up with the other guy and me and my ex got back together. Well last weekend he went off to his uncles house and promised he would be back by 7 but he wasnt...so another guy thats bestfriends with my cousin called and i needed a way to my dad's house and he was nice enough to run me and my friend down there. We never touched like as in kissin or huggin or nothin. And i like the other guy but not like that and my b/f thinks that i cheated on him but i honestly didnt. Everytime i tell him he doesnt say anything and he throws it up in my face alot. What should i do about this?

OK i was friends with this girl for over 11 years. We did everything together.She practically lived with me. We told everybody we were sisters well a few months back we got into it BIG time. And we've tried to be friends but it doesnt work she always goes and starts something new. Well i have alot more friends now and i love my "new" life. But everytime everything starts working out for me she comes back in the picture. She will text me and start bein all nice and i try to be nice back and then a few hours later she tries to start again. I cant get her to leave me alone. My friend has been taking pills that some, or many of you, are familiar with. The street name are "triple c's" or "skittles". I think theyre called 'Coridicin Cold and Cough' or something, and what gives people their 'high' is the dextrophine or something close called that. Well, She steals them out of walgreen every day and swallows about 16 of them every day or every other day. I, myself, have only taken 6 in my life and I learned it was a very stupid decision and that I will never take them again! But my friend on the other hand, I think, is becoming very dependent on them. Shes been doing this for about a month or two, every day taking more. She keeps telling me and herself that she'll stop but she just won't. She is my best friend and im really concerned about her health and what permanent effects these pills can have on her. So what i need is some info and/or sites that give me the dangers, etc. of taking these pills. Thank you guys so much i want to help her. (link)

Well CCC can really hurt you bad... just like any other drug it kills brain cells and it can cause black outs... just like young grandma said.. tell her mom or walgreens.. let them see her with them.. because they'll be able to punish her for it.. don't keep quite because it can lead to a funeral! I heard that you could use.. yogurt and honey.. but it makes your face red for a while.. If you don't want to do that.. get something topical from a dermatologist.... and why would you wanna be like the popular girls.. they are all carbon copies of each other.. be yourself if people don't like it.. eff them!

In health class yesterday a few people did a group presentation on whether or not emergency contraception should be available over the counter. I know it is in 5 or 6 states, but for the most part it's not in the US. The group concluded that it should be and it seemed like all 100 or so kids in the class agreed with them. I was kind of shocked because I disagreed. Emergency contraception can cause blood clots, heart attacks, all kinds of stuff. There are a few different kinds and I think that a doctor or other healh professional needs to perscribe them especially since they can be so dangerous. Yeah, it would be nice if they were more easily accessible, but wouldn't that just make it so that people relied on them? It's not a very effective form of contraception. If people are comfortable enough to be having sex, they need to be comfortable enough to be able to talk to someone about it if they end up needing emergency contraception for whatever reason. I had to get some once and yes, of course I was embarassed, but it was something that I just had to do. A consequence of what I did. I thought it was pretty darn easy. All I had to do was go into the health center and talk to someone about it. I hadn't even actually had sex, just a little....accident, but they gave me some anyways so I would feel better. I've seen so many people on here that don't know anything about emergency contaception. I think that we should be teaching kids about it and telling them how to get it, not making it so terribly easy to get. People will start abusing it if it's so readily available and I think that they will know even less about it. Another thing I see a lot of on here is people that know nothing about birth control pills yet they are on them! Am I the only one out there that believes that offering it over the counter is a bad idea? What does everyone think? (link)

ok so heres the deal. im 14 and my bf is 17. not that that really matters about this question but it might. so i have a bestfriend thats a guy. i love him to death. i hang out with him like 4 days a week. my boyfriend is getting very upset with that though. he doesnt like me hanging with guys, but can i help it if my bestfriend is a guy? i do hangout with my bestfriend alot but my boyfriend works alot and my bestfriend doesnt have alot to do so he hangs out with me. im never alone with my bestfriend so its not like we'd do anything. my bestfriend also has a girlfriend of his own and he loves her alot. so is it right for my boyfriend to tell me that i cant talk about my bestfriend around him and that he doesnt like me hanging with my bestfriend. i asked my boyfriend to meet my bestfriend and he wont. my boyfriend also said that he doesnt like me hanging out with my bestfriend but if i do just dont tell him about it. i feel really bad about that though. it makes me feel like im keeping something from him even if he told me not to tell him. help!?!?! Im 15 and i drink. A lot. A few friends have commented but i tell them i could stop any time i want. Which i always believed. Thing is, i never want to stop. So i never know whether i can or not. Hense not knowing whether i have a problem. *sigh* I usually drink a bottle of wine in the mornings after breakfast (red: yum) then a beer with lunch. I then just have beers and lager etc for the rest of the day. I usually go through about 1 bottle of wine and 7 cans a day. I then have a bottle of vodka if my mates are round but if theyre not i just have a few shots before i go to sleep. Thats the weekends. On school days i have a few shots of vodka before i go to school and beers afterwards when i get home. I didnt think this was all that much. What should i do? I DONT HAVE THE WILL POWER TO DO ANYTHING. i like to drink. Thats all. Its not like im hurting anybody... thanks (link)

Well you probally are a alcoholic... and I know from expierence that it is hard to quit.. you just have to really be able to have self control.. and be able to say no.. it'll be hard but you will get used to saying no to the alcohal...

Okay so i'm a natural blonde...but my hair is rather dark and i was hoping to lighten it up a bit...i would like to try the "peroxide" method...if there really is such a thing....i know everyone calls it that but what do they do? Like, do they just put some peroxide on their hair and sit in the sun or something like that? or can you not really lighten your hair with peroxide? If anyone can help I'll love you forever :D!!
BTW: If thats really how they do it (with peroxide) will the peroxide hurt anything you've done to your hair? Because I had a perm (not the curly one...the one where it takes out all the curl) and i dont want to mess it up...but i had it done back in November...and also, will it damage your hair? (link)

there isn't a thing called the "peroxide" method.... but you can use lemon juice and dilute it with water

since i was born ive had a huge birth mark on my neck. it hasnt really bothered me until this year. it makes me so self-conscious. its covered up pretty well when my hairs down, but you can still see it a little. but i do sports all year and i have to put my hair up and it just makes me so self-conscious like everyones staring at me. a few people have asked me about it and its so embarassing. i never wear my hair up for school or dances. only sports because i absolutely have to. i was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to get rid of it besides surgery because i know my parents wont go for that. thanks. Don't try to get rid of a birthmark.. they are what make you.. well yourself.... If people ask about it and make fun of you about it.. they must be self absorbed or self concious! Don't what people say influence what you think of yourself!
