♥ I got mine today.
My mom also got hers.haha. but I thought it hurt. And my mom did also. But it didnt hurt terribly bad. The procedure takes like 10 seconds but the pain lasts like 3 seconds. But its totally worth it.

i heard that the more muscle you have on your stomach, the more pain you will have. like if you have a six pack, it will probably hurt more than it would if you had a less muscular stomach. my advice is to not worry about the .. you're not gonna know if it hurts or not until you get it done, because the amount of pain all depends on who pierced it, if they're the kinda of person who says things don't hurt when they really do just so they seem tough, and on your pain tolerance level. soo just decide if you want it, and if it hurts, oh well the pain won't last, and if it doesn't, then lucky for you! ♥ [ps;;i know this is an old question,sry.]

I have my belly button pierced. No, it does not hurt. It takes about 5 seconds. You might feel a sting for one second, but that's it.

I've never gotten my belly button piered but i know some people that have and they say it hurts more then getting your ears pierced but not too much.

Depends on your pain tolerence, really.
If you can stand pain- no it doesnt.
If you hate pen- they yes it may.

My sister got her belly button pierced.. and she happens to be the Biggest baby and has the Lowest pain tolerence EVER.. and all she said was ow.. then laughed about it.. but as most other people say depends on your tolerence.. it also depends on how expiercenced your piercer is.. if they have done it for a while their more confident so it'll be easier for them...

my friend got hers done and she had to wear her pants below her belly button for like 2 weeks because it hurt so bad! but then again ive also heard some people say it didnt hurt at all! good luck they look really cute, careful for infections!

it kind of all depends on how well you take the pain! i got mine done and it didnt even hurt..like at all! maybe just a little pinch? do you have any other piercings? if you have your cartiladge (sp?) done..your bellybuttons hurts MUCH less than that!! if your getting it with a gun..then the pain will be quicker..and thats what i got it done with so im not really sure if your getting it with a needle or not..and if you are sorry i cant tell you if it hurts with a needle! i wouldnt worry about it hun! you can always take someone with you..and hold their hand and squeeze it if it hurts :) but i doubt it will plus it looks super cute! goodluck hun.
