First off, Im 13 years old girl and I play lacrosse. It requires alot of running and I have asthma. I dont have it very bad, but the inhaler seems to help. Anyways, im not very good at running. Its very annoying, because in this sport you must run long distances, and you have to run fast. Im not sure if its asthma or if its because im out of shape. Im not fat or anything, normal size, but im not very flexible and my personal fitness teacher said that if your not very flexible and you cant run a mile in under 11 min. that your out of shape. I took 15:30 on my mile and a BOYS average on flexibility. I am pretty good at sports though and I dont feel out of shape at all.

ok i know i have wrote to ya'll before about me being worried about my period but now im really worried. i have only gotten my period once because i am 13 and it first started in the last week of October. i bled for 2 & 1/2 days. now it is the 2nd week of march and i havent seen it sinse october. is something wrong with me. my friends say that i shouldnt worry about it because it will be eregular but it had been almost 5 MONTHS! no im not pregnant because i havent had sex but the day that i did get it i was masturbating but i know i didnt pop my cherry because i bled for 2 and 1/2 days. do you think i cut myself or something? anyway please help if your can and dont give stupid answers!

Sorry if this was the wrong category to choose...
Recently my boyfriend's aunt died from cancer. They knew she was sick for a while but they thought she was doing pretty good until a couple days ago. He was very close to his aunt and he is devastated. Every night i talk on the phone to him and he is just so depressed and he misses her so much. I have never lost someone really except all my grandparents but i was too young to really understand. When he talks to me i have no idea what to say. I know i can't make him feel better and its still going to hurt but i have no idea what to say. any advice appreciated

I cant stand my dad any more. He drives me insane! i have this problem with people making noises when they eat, talking when im doing homework/reading/watching tv and then blowing their noses like in the living room. All of which he is WELL aware of and he keeps doing it. I cant even stand to be in the same room as him anymore. Is this a sign of OCD or something like that? How can i learn how to chill about these things?

i've started track, i'm going to start out throwning but i might go to running, i'm not sure yet. but the thing is practice is until 4. by the time i get home i no longer want to exercise.
how do i still find time && stay motivated to exercise after track practice??
any tips?

So I really like my best friend's baseball coach. No, not a joke. Really have feelings for him. Sound stupid I know. He's 28, single and gorgeous like no other.
At fist it was just a crush on older guy type thing. Now it's a he's soooo great, easy to talk to, and actually have feelings for him type thing.
How on earth do I get over this? I've tried to stop talking to him and stuff but then I just end up think about him all day.

im a guy 15yrs old yes im gay i need your advice. i like this guy well actually i think i love him and im not shore if hes gay or not. now my question is should i ask him and take a risk of him hating me. its not like hes like straight every one thinks hes gay so theres a strong possibility he is. my only fear is that i will ask him and he would say get the fuck away from me and hate me 4 ever and that would crush me. n e imput would b realy helpful.

Tomorow I have an early morning practice for volleyball, and you have to shower afterwards. Well, I'm on my period, and I'm not yet comfortable with tampons. I don't want to be bleeding in the shower infront of all the girls so I was gonna wear a tampon with a bathing suit just in case. Well my flow is really light right now, so I don't want to use a tampon, but I don't want my bathing suit turning red or me bleeding in the shower! What should I do? =D

well heres the deal...
my best friend always goes out with my boyfriends after we break up. its the second time in a row and to tell you the truth it is starting o get to me. i feel like a bad friend if i tell her not to go out with them but then again, is it really fair to me that shes taking my "leftovers" is she being a good friend because it doesnt seem so to me. but maybe i might be wrong. i need some advice. also she is walking all over my other best friend and i want it to stop. should we top being friends all together or else how sohuld i work this whole problem out?
