diet

I want to go on a diet (nothing extreme--i'm not overweight, i just want to be more toned and maybe shed a few pounds). Does anyone know of a website that is totally free that can layout a diet for me (how many calories, excersizes, etc.) OR can anyone just tell me??? (i'm 15/f and i'm 105 lbs.)

Flirting?

Hello,
I was just browsing through all the columnists using a search engine and after reading some of your answers, you seem pretty rational. I am not asking a "specific" question per se. I would just like some input on this. Ok, now, there are all kinds of websites that tell you how to tell if someone is flirting with you or if they like you, but, what I would like to know is, how can you tell if a friends husband is attracted to you? They have to be more discreet about it if they are into you, naturally, because they are married and can't be open about it. So, are there any signs I should be aware of? Sometimes, I am not sure if it is flirting or just being friendly. Thanks in advance for any input.

everytime i try to put a picture on here, it says the filesize was too big. but wen i resize the picture superrr small, it still says that.

Hi
there is this guy who i was like in love with and he was in love with me for 3 months but i guess he stoped... annyway about a month ago he asked someone out without telling me(we didnt want to start going out because he had dumped his gf for me and didnt want to make it obvious)and i heard about it from someone i knew and i got really mad and to make a long story short we ticked eatchother off preddy bad and he started talkeing again about a month after i got his gf to dump him and now hes acting like im some obsessive wierd chick just because i want it to be like it was before and i just want to get over this creep before he hurts me anny more. anny ideas? i rate high thank you so much

OK let me just say I am the type of person who can settle arguements easily and I can cooperate and really liten to my partner so dont think I am selfish. But lately we have been fighting about everything. And he likes to just ignore it and talk lets say the next morning or w/e. The problem is that I cannot sleep until I fix the problem. Today he said something that really hurt my feelings and i am sick of solving problems and him not giving a shyt. I love him to death but think i should dump him.

Flying

I wanna be a flight attendant, so after high school I'm gunna get trained to be one. Is it hard to become a full-time flight attendant? I have a family friend who works for a flying company and is well known with the company, so will this help me? If I become a flight attendant, do you know how much time I'll be flying...like will I be at home only for a day every month..? I'm kind of clueless.

I Know What You Did Last Summer

Does anyone know if there's a 3rd "I Know What You Did Last Summer?" Because, you know, in the 2nd one ("I Still Know What You Did Last Summer") at the end, when Julie is in Ray's apartment and she's on the bed, and the last thing you see is that Ben guy under her bed? I thought that since he was still alive, they made a 3rd one but I didn't see it at blockbuster. So does anyone know if they did?

17 y/o daughter not responsible

My 17 year old daughter quit school, does not have a job--and does NOTHING around the house. She
does have money in savings which she has been blowing like crazy, but that's almost gone now. She lied to me about last night, said she stayed at a friends to babysit younger siblings, and I found out differently. The friends Mom doesn't even care that our daughters weren't there, so she is not much help. I don't know where my daughter is right now. When she comes home, I am going to tell her she cannot stay anywhere from now on. (she did this one other time and was grounded) I am prepared for a big fight from her, and she will probably leave without my permission. I am going to tell her that I will report her as a runaway.

well ok-i wanted to know-im a 32A and im 13-but i was flat chested in the beginning of the year-is this a good rate for growing? also--i got padded 32As,so if i go swimming in a bathing suit,would people notice the difference between my bra padded and just my swimsuit wich isnt?i never wore the padded bras in public yet,so should i wait till it gets to school time? much help is appreciated-thank you :) :) :)

Yesterday we had this family barbeque thing and while the guys where grilling, my sister and all of our girl cousins were in my room talking...girl stuff you know. Well the subject of marriage came up and my sister and I were talking about how we'd never marry anyone unless they were good looking, older but only by a few years and make as much or more money than our dad (be super rich).
Of COURSE we were playing around. I mean honestly, lots of girls say that but when it comes down to it, we wouldn't really choose our husbands based on that.

I blow dry my hair and straighten it
and my scalp is really dry

I feel like I cant talk to my boyfriend anymore..well, i cant stand him. I mean, I love him, but he does the stupidest things and pisses me off all the time, yet he can be soo sweet. Like, he'll call me a tramp one second [[and ya know, say hes kidding and he loves me]], but hes getting me this Ring with our names engraved on it that costs well over $200! my cousin..which we will call Billy..always turns his back on me when my other cousin "JANE" or step-cousin "BOBBY". when hes with me...he laughs and my jokes and stuff i do. everytime we see each other we say this thing which is an inside joke. well the other day i said it in front of bobby and he was like... no that stupid.. then he always says embarrasing things that i have done to them or just says somthing mean about me. he always hangs around them and leaves me out so i have to just be a tag-a-long. hes a great guy and i love him to death!!!! but only when its just me. i dont know what to do. i have tried to tell him but he insisted that he doesnt. and i try to ignore it but it really acually bothers me. i know say...
