Flying

Question Posted Monday June 19 2006, 12:01 am

I wanna be a flight attendant, so after high school I'm gunna get trained to be one. Is it hard to become a full-time flight attendant? I have a family friend who works for a flying company and is well known with the company, so will this help me? If I become a flight attendant, do you know how much time I'll be flying...like will I be at home only for a day every month..? I'm kind of clueless.

Well, flight attendants are always up and doing SOMETHING. You hardly ever see them sit down. And, they're VERY patient. It depends where you're flying, if you're flying to a different country, then you might be gone for awhile, but if you are the US, you might be able to see them more often. Every job is difficult, but it just depends on which one is easier for you. So, flight attending is hard.

Hope I helped!

Hi, it all depends on what flight your on. If your going around the world let's say to London then you might not see your family for roughly a week. If your going through America then you might not see them for lets say, part of the day. Being a flight attendant can be quite stressful because your constantly on your feet surving people, getting food organised and at the beginning letting the people to their seats and what have you. It might sound like it's nothing, but believe me Ive flown on a plane and they are constantly on their feet. But Im show if thats what you want to be then go for it. Work hard, because being a flight attendant, you need to work hard. Daniel.
