I am a couch potato of 16 and have been since I was 11. Thanks in advance if you have any idea on how I can get in shape. Is there a plan I can follow, like walk 30 minutes for two weeks before starting to jog or?

Hey there i have a laptop and i want to use the recovery disc what does it do?
Also i want to get rid of some of the unwanted programs but i cant do it through the control panel and removing them that way. whats another way of doing it?

Does anyone know of any good bands/song I can put on my iPOD? I'm getting tired of all the bands I have. I'm mostly into indie/rock/acoustic/some ska/oldies.
I like Death Cab, The Postal Service, The Audition, The Higher, Panic!, Further Seems Forever, Dashboard Confessional, Hidden in Plain View, Taking Back Sunday etc. Preferably bands that you know and that aren't on the radio.

hot dog help!

I've been a lacto-ovo vegetarian since April. now it's June and hot dog season. I never really enjoyed hot dogs or barbecue as a meat-eating person, but I've started to give everything a try once. my problem is that there are so many different types of vegetarian hot dog alternatives. I don't want to try them all because I know some are probably terrible and I don't want to be turned off of them. if you're a vegetarian or have tried a lot of vegetarian products, I'd like advice on which hot dogs are better than others.

When I was 10 years old, I had a incident where a grown man stopped me next to the road and he wanted me to touch his penis. Since the age of 16 I have had a problem with giving a guy any form of foreplay. Some times I could masturbate them, but that was guys I did not really care for.
I am in a 5 month relationship now and love my boyfriend very much. I have told him what happened to me and he understands, but I want to be able to take part in foreplay with him, I just get to scared. I can also not be naked infront of him when it is not dark. So, I have a few LEGO peices I Sharpied back when I was dumb, and I wanna get rid of the marks now. Can anyone please tell me how to get rid of the marks? Like, what to use, how much of it, where to get it, etc.

religious rhetoric

Well, It's really not at the forefront of my mind right now, Byzantine history is, but I am debating my religious beleifs from time to time. I am floating somewhere between a Deist, an Agnostic and an Atheist. Something that doesn't have some sort of personality cult at its center. I enjoy other peoples' opinions on subjects like this. I can handle being preached to if it's something that you believe, but what I most want is something well-reasoned. I would like it if some people who sport some religious affiliation to tell me why theirs makes sense and why that is something someone like myself should believe. ive got a boyfriend that i have been with for about 3 nd a half months. he has the oppurtunity to move to italy and europe and i live in new zealand. i love him and is my first love and am so cut up about it. i really need help on how to deal with it. i dont want any1 else and we will have to break up becoz long distance relationships are just to hard. hes going for his racing and may have to go for years. help please. i am almost 15. please dont say im to young for having a bf coz ive already heard it from other people.

Hey i want a sick pack like an abercrombie model. I do crunches at least 500 per day.. and hardly ever see results. I know that i also need a low body fat %. like around 8-10% right? I''m very active, and play football and basketball all the time. i try to eat right but, well theres always the tempting pizza that i cook at work. What is a sure-fire way to get low bodyfat? I want to impress my girlfriend cuz she deserves someone extra special =]. please help!

Side Bangs?

Hey everyone. I've never had any type of bangs, and it makes me kind of proud that I haven't followed that trend of the side band thing. But lately I've been thinking a lot about getting them, the thing is, I'm afraid I might regret it. (as in, not like how it looks on me) I know I can click them back if I don't like them, but I'm still unsure. In some magazines, it reccomends the side bangs for my face shape. But I realllyy don't know. What are the ups & downs of side bangs? Here are some pictures, if you could just help me decide please..
