hey so i got this program bearshare which downloads music on to ur itunes but i cant figure out how to get it on to my i pod it wont go on there when i update it. if you could help me that would be great. i rate high.

People who upload songs are in more danger but the downloader can get in trouble too. Use SoulSeek. I used to use BearShare but it was troublesome and long to load.
Bearshare downloads music to your iTunes? Are you sure? I think the mp3 files are saved onto your computer in some folder. Fiddle around and try to find which folder you designated for saving music or sharing music. If you know a song you downloaded and the exact way it was spelled when you downloaded it from another user, search for it on your computer!

i've had it before, uninstall it. beacuse it messes up your computer. the actual program isn't illegal (i think) but selling songs for free is because the artists aren't making any money off of their songs. i also had an assembly in school about this, and the guy who hosted it said that lawyers can find your IP address if you download too many and come to your house and demand money.
