Former Couch Potato I am a couch potato of 16 and have been since I was 11. Thanks in advance if you have any idea on how I can get in shape. Is there a plan I can follow, like walk 30 minutes for two weeks before starting to jog or?

It seems to me that you already have the right idea - Progression. Hopefully you're already avoiding the ever-so-common mistake of jumping into high-intensity exercise with no preparation. In order to help you devise a specific plan, I would need to know what your goals are. I encourage you to post again with more details on your personal goals. For instance, what do you consider "in shape" to be? Are you looking for health benefits, a certain look, sports performance, or any combination thereof? ]
Well good for you for wanting to get in shape!
What I suggest you do is start walking like 30 minutes a day, and then start increascing the distance and time like everyweek. It helps a lot. If you want to work out your abs, do crunches and sit ups, but dont do too many, do them in reps.
