How do i get Abercrombie model ABS? Hey i want a sick pack like an abercrombie model. I do crunches at least 500 per day.. and hardly ever see results. I know that i also need a low body fat %. like around 8-10% right? I''m very active, and play football and basketball all the time. i try to eat right but, well theres always the tempting pizza that i cook at work. What is a sure-fire way to get low bodyfat? I want to impress my girlfriend cuz she deserves someone extra special =]. please help!

try doing other excercises such as weight lifting and sit-ups. you need to do cardiovasuclar excersise to burn the fat around your abs. just doing crunches won't do anything. check out this site for more info:

there's a section that says how to do the perfect crunch (it's in yellow)
even though i'm a girl, i do crunches too! if you have a pool, try resting your legs up on the concrete or water the land around your pool is and do crunches, it's fun! make sure you drink a lot of water and stay hydrated, and if you don't get the results you want, don't get upset, your girlfriend will still love you
