well for me school is in less then a week and a half!! and i kinda got some chub in my tummy not much thou and i would like to either make it solid and fit or loose it would be great! any advice? thankks!!!

singing--tension

First of all, do NOT answer this question if you don't know about singing!
An opera coach told me that I have a really incredible voice and that I could have a really, really big voice if I stopped singing with tension. How do you stop singing with tension?
I can't afford lessons though, because I'm really not rich and my family's broke.

Hey- I really love my girlfriend and she loves me too and we haven't seen each other lately- but that's not the problem- I want to kiss her (just a kiss on the lips) but I'm not sure how to come across it... Is there something I can say to hint that I want to kiss her? please help

There is a guy that have known for a while, but he has been dating a not-so-close friend of mine for most of that time. Over the times that we have spent together, or just chatted online, I've begun to fall deeper and deeper in love with him. I have known that I loved him for a while now, but did not want to ruin our friendship if he didn't feel the same way. A few days ago, he said that he liked me a lot, and wanted me as more than a friend. He was STILL dating the other girl, when he asks me to be his girlfriend. I want to explain why I rejected him, but I'm not sure how. And I also want to know what I should do about my feelings for the highlight of my life. Who just happens to be taken by someone else. Volleyball Try-outs

I have volleyball try-outs in roughly a week, and I would appreciate any advice on how to do well at them. What should I eat, what should I do beforehand, when should I sleep, and any advice fromother volleyballplayers would be greatly appreciated.

hey i was just wondering if any one can help me out here! i want to be a veterinary nurse (helps a veterinary surgeon) and i was just wondering if i have to go to the royal college of veterinary surgeons to be a VN some people have said that you can do courses at other colleges closer to me as i would have to live at the college if i did have to go there

Cut then Dye or Dye then Cut?

I am getting my hair cut and styled at a salon next week. I also want to dye my hair from a home kit.
Should I dye my hair, and then a few days later go to the salon for the cut, or should I go to the salon for the cut, and a few days later dye it at home?
Which is best, and what risks would I run if I don't do this properly - if any?

tampon for school

i don't want to have to change my tampon during school, but i'm afraid of getting TSS. if i left it in all day i would have it in from 6:30-3. that is like 8 1/2 hours. i know that your not suppose to wear it for more than 8 hours, but what are my chances of actually getting TSS if i do this? thanks :]

Hard To Trust People

I can't trust people. I have had a weird experience growing up, and I find it very difficult to trust people. It seems like everyone I get close to and trust hurts me very badly in the end. But lately it has been catching up to me and actually preventing friendships, because it hurts people's feelings when I don't trust them. My boyfriend tells me how much he cares about me and how he loves me, but I just don't believe it. I don't think he is lying, but I just can't trust him. What can I do to work on this?

They Never Listen

I can't stand my parents! I'm 15 and have only 3 years left of high school but I don't think I can wait that long. My parents continuously call me nicknames I've explained to them I don't like being called, and they never listen to me. They always say I do things that I don't and I'm always the first one blamed for everything, regardless of the situation. They do not support any of the things I want to do- particularly with music and sports- but I love doing what I do and I'm actually good at it. My twin sister is never treated like I am- they act like she's the Perfect Child. My Mom's Unpredictable Mood

My mom's mood is very unpredictable. She can sometimes be very delusional, abusive, and irrational. I know that she was abused when she was younger but she refuses to talk about it with anyone, she hasn't even told me. I also know that schizophrenia runs in my family. I think that she has some kind of mental illness and I want her to get help. If not she will just keep driving me and her boyfriend away from her with her mistreatment. I just don't know how to convince her to get help and admit she has a problem. If she doesn't get help soon I'll be forced to leave her. I can't stand the way she treats me. Please help me.

Boyfriend Controls Me

I am an 18-year-old female and I feel as though my boyfriend controls me. He limits the girls I can talk to and talking to guys is definitely out of the question. In turn I feel as though I should do the same to him, so I do. Except I won't simply tell him to not go out at all. I will tell him to not go out 5 times a week, get drunk with his friends and pick up underage girls. Yet, I still feel guilty for telling him not to do this because I feel as though I have stooped down to his level and that I am now controlling him. He makes me feel this way as well. I love him, we are very close and have been dating for a long while, but what should I do?

Feel Obligated Not To End The Relationship

My boyfriend is 16 years old has real bad family problems. He is often depressed and thinks about suicide a lot. He tells me that if I weren't in his life he would have already killed himself and that if we broke up he will probably kill himself. We have been dating for 3 years. How can I tell if he is being serious about killing himself? I'm afraid that if we break up that he is going to kill himself, so I feel obligated not to end the relationship. What do I do?

Partner Is A Compulsive Liar

I have been with my partner for over 4 years and have known deep down he has a problem. He is a compulsive liar. It is scary to think about he has lied to me about but I still stick with him through thick and thin. He has lied about having a twin brother, he has lied about his brother having HIV, he has lied about his grandparents dying, he has stolen thousands of pounds from me and tried to lie to get his way out of that too.
