cramps
okay I'm going to be blunt here. guys can answer this too if you feel the need to input heehee.
i get really bad cramps. this may be the wrong place to put this but oh well. any cures? help? anything at all?

I use heating pads and these prescription pills my mom and i use their amzing they get rid of the cramps pretty fast i forget what its called though you might want to talk to your doctor about it.I also foudn some websties thats might help too.

Lay on your left side with a heating pad.
Do sit ups. (sounds weird but it works)
Take advil, ibuprofen, or tylenol.
Take a hot bath.

you can try taking some Advil, tylenol or midol. or if you go on the pill that helps get them under control too.
