Song on ABC Family

does anyone know the song that is played on the ABC Family commercial where its like "a new kind of family" "a new kind of journey" blah blah blah.. and it shows scenes from a whole bunch of shows on ABC Family like Kyle XY, Gilmore Girls, and the movie Fallen...
thanks for any help
I want to put this song on my iPod because I really like it...

the song is "high' by James Blunt(he's the same guy that sings"your beautiful") and it's on his one and only cd "back to bedlam" which came out a few months ago.
