i hate this girl named laura so i got mad cause she didnt say what she was saying to people to my face so today at school she came up to me and said "i hate you your fake and a poser...blah blah blah it hurt me so much i didnt know what to say i stayed shut but now i feel mad cause i didnt say anything what should i do and she doesnt even know me very well to call me fake and so and so i cant hit her cause then my friend sam wont talk to me because she is friends with her too what should i do????????

whenever a guy likes me or just thinks im hott my friend gets wicked jealous, because one guy that she though was cute asked me out,now whenever she sees someone whos hott she tells me not to steal him from her. its really startin to piss me off and iv tried talkinmg to her about it, and now she wants me to help her get a boyfriend, but its really hard because boys arent that into her because shes a little overweight and not that pretty(o my god i sound so mean), but what should i do?

ok so here is the deal i am 15 and a girl. me and my bf have been going out for a year and we love eachother dearly. we were sleeping together but then we stoped because i was uncomfortable and we told our family about it. now he is jealous of his friend because they can go do stuff with their gfs and he cant with his. he says i am cheating him out of the realationship because all he ever does is make me happy and i dont in return. i would willingly do whatever to make him happy but have sex. i dont know what to do.

My boyfriend and i have been living together for 8 months now.We decided to do this so that we could help each other through school and with other neccesities.I his girlfriend finished college first and already got a job,he is yet to finish,we have kept our living together a secret as we do not want our parents to find out that we are living together before marriage.We plan to formalise our marriage when he finishes college and gets a job.The only fear we both have is for me to get pregnant and we have tried to abstain or use condoms any time we wanna make love.Do you think we are doing the wrong thing?

exercise help

ok well to start off im a guy and i've just started working out.i do sit ups, push ups, lift weights and all that other stuff. but what i need help on is with the sit ups. the problem is that i do the situps and i only think that it works in the lower abdominal area and i want it to work on my abdominal sides and upper abdominal too. is there any way that i can do something to work the sidesand upper part that actually works?also i have a flabby chest and i was wondering how i can get rid of it.oh yea and is it normal to feel soar in the muscle area of your arms,legs,and stomache the next day after working out.

we are about to go back to school from break... i've always been fairly shy at school with few, but very good friends. I wear my back in a ponytail and i wear a minute bit of mascara... im starting to open up to people and am finding that im getting more friends...
I have decided that im getting a perm (i have thick hair) and i was planning on wearing a fair bit of make up on the firsst day back... so i could get noticed just for a laugh...once in assembly i got up and sung people say that i have a voice (even the popular people)... I'm always going to be me, i just want people to sit up and take notice of me once in a while! what do you think i should do?

abnormal menstration cycle that lasted longer than usual

i am 20, and i've been having rather regular menstration cycle so far(24 days cycle). this month, my menstral cycle was only 17 days.
my period usually lasts for 4-5 days.. but this time it's been 7 days already.
usually i bleed a little after my period ends. i thought its due to excessive excercise. but this time it seems way too long!
i'm worried.

There's this guy that I know and he keeps commenting on the way I dress. LIke for example, when I had my nails painted black, the moment he saw it he said "Hey your nails look rotten".
And there was once his dog stepped on my toes and I was like "OUCH". And then he just said "Good boy" to his dog without even smiling ! It was like as if he has something against me.
And he'd always say "hey how's life? Any lesbian friends? Got hooked up with any girl ?" And I'd say "NO!" .

Whenever I go shopping I'd first plan what I wanna buy. But the thing is, when I've happily picked out the thing that I want, my friends will say, "that's not nice, you should try this one" and then they'll take out some old looking mature tops/bottoms for me to try. And OK, I'll take both my choice and their choice into the fitting room.
After trying my clothes on, I'd feel that what I'd picked looks much better on me but I don't know why do I always end up buying what they tell me to buy. That's cos at that point in time maybe I got brainwashed by what my friends said. And its only after I get home and I try it on again that I regret not buying what i had picked out for myself. This is seriously wasting my money!...

so yeah, this os probably going to end up being really long so you can just leave now if you want...so yeah, some little background.
...so up untill like the beginning of this year (senior year of highschool) i have always been reeeaalllly shy. i only had a few best friends (granted, they were mostly girls) but no one that ever LIKED me. then, as soon as i hit senior year, i changed, a LOT. its like my whole outlook on life changed completely, i figured that this is my last year in highschool so i might as well go all out. ive gotten really involved in school clubs and all that, im a LOT more confident, ican actually talk to my peers without being too shy...and i think people are starting to notice it...s...

I know this guy and we knew each other but we never really talked talked. And recently we started "talking" well. He blocks his emotions out so he wont get hurt. And i am trying to make him trust me and show his feelings. But, he says he doesnt cry or get sad. He says his mind is blank and He blocks out things so he wont get hurt.
