well i weigh 123 and im 5'0. and i`m 13 years old.
and i want to know exercizes that will help me get like a bikini body.
skinny legs and arms.
&flat abs.
if you have any ideas please help.
also like cardio ideas because i know that is how you lose weight, but then like toneish type exercises.

most of the time when i pee it was this weird odor and when the next person comes in they can even sumtimes smell it why do i have this odor when i pee ? and how can i fix it ??

cant get over first love

im so sick of crying. im so sick of hurting. me and my boyfriend broke up two months ago. and im still dwelling on it. yes he was my first love. and yes he already has a new girlfriend. and he treats that girl a 100 times better than he did me. and im sick of crying. im sick of always thinking about him. he doesnt care about me. so why should i care. its a new year and i want to be over this kid ASAP. please help me.

i may not be the most popular girl in school, but you could say im in that clique of girls. Theres this guy i like, & people say he likes me back & he was suppose to ask me out but then i guess didnt do it. i don't know really how to say this seeing i've never datied the guy but everytime i see him with another girl i fell like my heart breaks......why is that i mean ik now i like him but i just don't understand why i fell that way. also i would do anything for him ANYTHING i don't know why though it confuses me.

Okay I've seen a couple recent questions on splits but I have one more thing I need to know. My splits are about 5 inches on my right leg and probably 7 on my left leg from the ground. If I stretch everyday how long could it take to get my splits? I need them by approx late April/early May for my studio's show. Is it possible? Okay thanks!

Ok, well a couple years back I met this guy over the internet. He lives in Egypt and I live in Canada. We've been on the phone, webcam and he sends pictures weekly. Is it possible that after all this that he is a fake? Because I'm really starting to get attached to him and for our school trip we're going to cairo and we were going to meet then. Should I go through with it or what. I'm really confused by it all. Sometimes, well alot we talk about our problems and well we help eachother out, I'm just scared that I'm going to get my heart broken and never be able to trust anybody anymore. What can I do about all this?

Alright, this kid Ive known for like, not even a year, is really confusing. At first, he was hooking up with my friend, then, he got a girlfriend, and then, we started hanging out. So then out of the blue he got a girlfriend and didn't talk to me for months. But of course after they break up he comes back and apologizes and everything? Me, STILL not over him even though he treated me like shit, accepted that and fell for him even more.
So then, we were fine, hooked up and everything, and then next day hes like, blahblahblah you were my rebound and I feel like an asshole blahblah, I dont want you to be that so give me awhile, and Im like, ohk well we already hooked up, so your going to just leave it at that and expect ...

Well im confused on what i really want to dolo.My problem is that i want to find out if my ex still has any feelings for me.I still love him and im the type of person that i tend to NOT say something and then regret it,i feel that on our last conversation i acted like i really didnt care that we had broken up and maybe that led him into thinking that i dont have any feelings for him left, and that i never did.Thats not true and i regret not having told him that.Im so confused i want to let him know that i still have feelings for him and know if he has any left for me.But i guess i am kind of afraid that he will tell me something that will hurt me and thats why i havent taken the risk...what can i do?Please help.

i have a friend who's dad recently died. (the boy is 14) he was really close to his dad. his dad passed a few days before christmas and this night of his funeral was his 50th birthday. the boy's mother isn't really protective. this boy used to be in a gang...and had been involved with bad stuff. he is still in a gang...but wants out. he has one brother who is in it too...he's 19, and he is nothing but a bad influence. the boy knows i am worried, but he can't get out. i feel like now that his dad has passed that he is going to look up to his brother the kinda replace his dad.
