well i weigh 123 and im 5'0. and i`m 13 years old.
and i want to know exercizes that will help me get like a bikini body.
skinny legs and arms.
&flat abs.
if you have any ideas please help.
also like cardio ideas because i know that is how you lose weight, but then like toneish type exercises.
Additional info, added Monday January 1 2007, 5:36 pm: & for christmas my brother got like hurdles, not like rly high ones but if like i put 5 of them in a row and jump over them like back and forth alot, would that help and if so where would it help most.
&arm exercises would be appricated most, to get them toner not like bulid muscle.

HypnotizexMe answered Monday January 1 2007, 9:53 pm: the best solution is by running for 15 minutes every single day. start off with 10 minutes and gradually get up to 15 or 20 minutes. ive been doing it for a week this break and i can see my stomach gettign flatter and my legs getting somewhat thinner. since you swing your arms around when running, it cuts off some fat off the arms too. It tones them too. When you run and lose fat from parts of your body, your arm fat will go away too. and Hurdles, yes it helps you tone legs. cause i used to do hurdles in track and they did help.
Also twisting ur abs from left to right help. punch your left arm across your body when you twist to the right and punch your right arm across your body when you twist to the left. It helps you tone your stomach area.
if running is hard, walking also helps. but in order to tone the ab part, running might be better. Crunches work too.
Also for toning legs, do 10 sets of squats 3 times a day!
Also i guess eat somewhat less, and eat fruits. They have strawberries and clementines out this season and theyre pretty low calorie so you can eat them as snacks!

1. eat right which means not many startches but lots of friuts and veges
2.exersize everyday
3. sleep
