Make my love handles disappear

I go to the gym 5 times a week and I still have a bit of flab on my hips. (Love handles)
Aside from cardio and eating well, can anyone give me some good exercises that work to strenghten my sides and minimize the fat there? It is the only place were I can't lose weight.

My friendship with a guy (best guy friend...or was...) is over...and i dont know what to do...i dont know what to think...i dont know how to feel...
im in so much pain...and right now i feel numbed to it...and that is really scary because i know its gonna hit me really hard later than...its happened before...but the thing that really gets me is that i dont think he notices anything is wrong...like he has no idea that our friendship is gone down the toliet or he does and he just doesnt want to do anything about it...he just doesnt care...
i dont know...any advice on this would be greatly appreciated!

Computer turning itself off

I got a laptop about four months ago and it's always worked fine. However, recently it's been switching itself off for no apparent reason. Without any warning it will just completely shut off, without going through any shutting down processes or anything like that. It's only happened a few times but I don't want it to get any worse.
Does anyone know what the problem is? Or how I could fix it?

Just started my 1st period.The week before I got loads of discharge,sometimes gooey sometimes mustardy kind of textur,and I hadny been able to get to sleep - is that because my body was preparing for it?
Any tips?

cherry poppin?

Ok. I'm really confused. I've a couple of questions about fingering:
1. How deep do you have to go 'in there' to pop the cherry?
2. Does it pop after finger is insterted for 2cm only?
3. If it does pop, does the blood look like period blood or different (like blekh skin leftovers or something)?
My period finished yesterday. I was fingered today and found blood on my panties afterwards. Is it 'leftovers' from my period or was my cherry popped? And again, it wasn't more than 2cm deep but it hurt like !@#$.
Sorry for making this disgusting but I need answers.

Eating Disorders

My daughter has been purging off and on for the last year...that I know of... She declares that she is at a point where she is ready to stop...and indeed has not purged for some time. However, at times, when she eats, normally, her food does not seem to stay down... and she feels like vomiting even though she may not want to... I understand that this is probably an after effect of her making herself throw-up off and on for over such a long period of time. Is there anything we could do "naturally" to help ease her body back into accepting food and keeping it down. Thank you so much for answering our question.

hers the thing am not sure if this befits the chosen category but hey. I am a seventeen year old girl from Scotland who wants to get away from all my worries which I have a lot of btw and go away for a week or so for some peace and quiet. What I wanna ask is has anyone ever been anywhere in either Scotland or England that befits my criteria if so can u give me names of hotels etc.

When i was at school i had a best friend, when we were about 12 she used to bully me and write nasty songs about me, but i used to take it because i didnt really have anyone else
That all stopped in about a year, but then i started to do the same to her when i was about 15 up until i was 17. I'd be horrible and bitchy alot of the time and write songs and draw horrible pictures of her.
I know it sounds like we werent friends but we actually were and would hang out all the time with our other mutual friends, it was when i was with these friends that i was at my bitchiest, when we were alone it was fine.

shaving down there

a couple of days ago, i shaved down there. is there any harm to this? it's kind of red and bumpy. and i can't seem to get it so shaved, that it's soft. it's like stubby. how do i get it so it's soft?
oh, and when i go to the drs for a physical, and they look down there, would they say anything to me because i shave?

so like, how most girls "mistake spotting for their period" is that because its kind of a lot of blood? its too early for it to be my period and it was like spotting earlier and i got tired of going to the bathroom and wiping like every ten min so i put a tampon in and it was in for like 7 hours maybe? and i took it out and it looked filled (it was only a small one). could that still be spotting? or do you think its just my period? its not bright red blood like it normally is though, its more pinkish and brownish. i am having little cramps though. im 15 so it could just be irregular i guess, but i havent ever had a problem with that before. so, spotting or period?

My boyfriend & I have been going out for about five years now. We don't see each other a lot anymore because of us going to school & him working. anorexia and bloating.

Hi, I recently asked the question about anorexia and menstruation and bloating and the main response that I got back was not that I was bloated from lack of menstruation but the anorexia itself. So why am I bloated from anorexia? Okay...what makes anorexic people bloated? And what can I do to make it go away, besides eating? Help?
