Make my love handles disappear I go to the gym 5 times a week and I still have a bit of flab on my hips. (Love handles)
Aside from cardio and eating well, can anyone give me some good exercises that work to strenghten my sides and minimize the fat there? It is the only place were I can't lose weight.

Because cardio and dieting IS what minimizes fat. ]
do sit-ups every night and when you come up twist your upper body right then left. if you do about 30-50 of those each night your love handles will disappear. it worked on me really good.
