Is There Any Dental Help Available For Me?

I have insurance, but I don't think insurance will pay for all the dental work I need done and I don't have the money to pay the difference. I have some major problems and I fear that it will take years for me to get them fixed unless I can get some kind of help. Does anyone know of anything I can do?

its been like a month my ex stopped talking to me, suddenly he stops, we used to talk once in a while and have long conversations and then all of a sudden when i used to say hi he would be cold lol :S , like i rather have him telling me he dont wanna talk to me instead of making me think whether i've done something wrong..
But seriously he didn't even bother wishing me happy birthday a week ago, the same way i did to him when it was his bday.. i just dont get why he would stop talking lol :/

Want to move to the UK, what do I study for in the US?

I currently live in the US and will be going to a uni here, majoring in nursing. I've kept a close eye on the UK Job Shortage list because after I graduate I would like to live in the UK, and for a few years I wanted to be a Nurse Anesthetist. However, recently I realized that the UK does not have those, however they have PA(A)s, which are similar (correct me if I am wrong). On the shortage list I saw these were needed:
"non-consultant, non-training, medical staff post in the following
specialities:
- anaesthetics"
Now, seeing this, would that include PA(A)s? If it does, how do I become one? After reading on some websites I found this:

Um, so basically the guy I was dating and I decided to break up three days ago. I didn't want to, but I did to make him happy. It is crazy. I'm just going through this phase where I miss him every minute of the day.
